Definitely one of the two “must play” courses in Hua Hin, with the other being Black Mountain. Our group had an amazing experience here. The course was in perfect condition, greens rolling around 9.1 when we played. The rough wasn’t particularly long but it was certainly thick and punishing if you ventured into it. Our caddies on the day were absolutely fantastic (my caddy was P’Nong #24, highly recommended) and matched our vibe as a fairly relaxed and fun loving group. Like most courses in Hua Hin, it does not play particularly long but makes up for it with the course layout - having to hit less than driver on a par 5 always makes for an interesting hole! The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good as well, but expect to pay a premium given the location.

Pineapple is a beautifully presented golf course. 9/10 condition wise, GPS carts, excellent caddies unless you luck out. As a golf course i believe it is like Black Mountain and over rated. Both rarely, if ever, give you a flat lie. Practice your down hill, ball below your feet shots before you go. Unless your mates are happy to play the back tees you will be hitting LOTS of 3 woods/rescue / long iron shots. ie boring. Snack/beer stops are excellent as is the club house which offers 2 outstanding options. Showers are spotless; clean and well serviced unlike Black Mountain which actually stunk and were slimmy. Added bonus ... you can book your favorite caddy at Pineapple as you should be able to do for maximum enjoyment at maximum price. A lovely experience.

Excellent Golf course, Internationally acclaimed and fabulous caddies. Stunning fairways, challenging bunkers and fast greens. Highly recommend this course for all levels of Golfers.

Beautiful course in magnificent condition. The fairways are amazing. Greens were a little slow to some other courses in Hua Hin ( which is liked). Caddies were very good in our group, carts have GPS TV's in each cart and a nice Clubhouse overlooking the course. A bit more expensive than some other courses in Hua Hin but definitely worth it.

Cost- $100 USD to play plus $12-$15 to hit balls at the driving range. Unfortunately, the greens had just been sanded and bunched, still charged full price. The course is in good shape. The pace of play was slow. With that said, I still recommend it for those who are serious about playing premium golf in Thailand

Great course. Despite heavy rain, it was very enjoyable. Some long par 4's, and off the blues hard to reach in 2. We hired a buggy and got an ice box and water. No other Hua Hin course does that. Changing rooms were nice and with space. They also had toiletries and nice showers. The food and beverages were also good.

Pineapple Valley Golf Club – Where My Slice Met Its Match As a proud 12-handicapper (on paper—on-course performance may vary), I rolled into Pineapple Valley Golf Club with optimism, fresh golf balls, and just enough self-confidence to believe I might break 85. Spoiler alert: I did not. First off, let’s talk about the views. They’re so good, I almost forgave myself for topping my first tee shot 40 yards into a bush. The course is carved beautifully into the Hua Hin hills, and while it’s stunning, it’s also sneakily designed to test every ounce of your mental stability—and your short game. Fairways? Immaculate. Greens? Fast enough to make you question every life decision that led to a four-putt. The undulations here are no joke. I read one green like a novel… and still ended up three feet short. The layout is a perfect blend of “wow” and “why did I try that?” You’ve got elevated tee boxes that make you feel like Rory (until you actually hit), and water hazards that seem to be magnetically attracted to Pro V1s. I personally donated three. The caddies are legends—equal parts golf whisperer, therapist, and comedian. Mine gave me a read on the 14th that was so good I sank the putt and briefly considered proposing. All in all, Pineapple Valley is a must-play. It’s beautiful, brutal, and blissful all at once. If you’re a 12-handicap like me, expect a rollercoaster round filled with the full range of human emotions… and maybe bring a backup glove for when yours gets sweaty from both nerves and humidity. Would I play it again? In a heartbeat. Would I score better? Probably not. But at least I’d look good doing it.

Excellent golfing experience and venue. Everything from welcome / registration to after game facilities simply first class. The course is in great condition - tee box to green which are running smooth and true. Individual caddy / single buggy with GPS so pace of play is good. Varied tee box caters for all standards so all can enjoy their game with the element of reasonable challenge. First visit and hope to return another day. Did I mention the well stocked ckub shop for all your golfing needs?
