Uno and his colleagues were fantastic service. He arranged a collection from the Osaka store for the adidas Tobacco collab, due to not having my size available. He was courteous throughout. I ended up buying a shirt and trousers.

Thanks to NANAKO TOBIYAMA at United Arrows, our issue was resolved very smoothly. We had originally purchased a jacket from the store in Tokyo and need to pick it up there. However, due to a change in our travel plans, we asked if we could collect it from the Kyoto store instead. TOBIYAMA handled our situation with kindness and professionalism, and we were able to pick up the jacket in Kyoto without any trouble. Her support truly made a difference, and we are very grateful.
