Ocean Palace

I have been patronising Ocean Palace since 2010. This restaurant used to be my lunch place for 5 years during my expat years. I have tried the better Chinese restaurants in Saigon but Ocean Palace stands out the best. Their food quality and standard of services is very consistent. Value for money for good quality food that you must come .

Ocean Palace is our absolute go-to spot for dim sum! The dim sum is always amazing—fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The barbecue roasted pork and char siu are especially incredible. The service is impeccable every time; the staff are attentive, friendly, and make the whole experience feel effortless. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality dim sum restaurant, this is the place. Highly recommended!

A place you can get nice dim sum in Vietnam. Good service too. As we are going to taste more other local food, it’s a pity we didn’t order more.

Great dim sum, pigeon and wan ton noodles! I think better than DDT

The dimsum during lunch time was amazing, although there was mistake with orders. However upon next round visit, we specifically called them to book for three seats and confirmed for the menu during dinner whether any porridge available or not. They hung my call. I had to call again to ask, and they said it is available. But when I reached there, they said porridge is only available during lunch time. We felt unappreciated for this kind of service.

The staff split dishes for each person without us even asking, ensuring everyone had equal portions of noodles, dumplings, and fish. Dirty plates disappeared instantly, like magic. Came here for dim sum. I’m used to Chinese dim sum in Northern California USA. This place was as good or better taste wise. Not as crowded but I came on a Monday afternoon. Everything we order was great. I can’t complain about anything. Service was good. The place was clean. Fast service
