If you're on a budget with limited options and location is important to you, continue to consider; otherwise, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
What is great: dedicated unloading area right out front; parking garage across the street; location in the heart of the theatre district and Times Square; incredibly friendly front desk staff; and the premium room has an awesome layout with a queen bed in one room and a set of bunkbeds in the other, studio style, separated by the bathroom - great for families with a little separation, though not fully private.
What is not great: the hotel is quite worn. The lobby, halls, and rooms are all beat down. The rooms need a major refresh and a good cleaning. The floors were a bit dirty, with hair and dust, which is gross.
The place has great potential, and for New Years the price was great and what we were willing to pay to drive up from Boston, but we won't be back.
