Mymy Chicken (Yonge&Sheppard)

Came here with a group of friends and had a great time. Ordered a half and half combo first and the spicy one didn't disappoint. We preferred that one over the cheese one. We then ordered the soy garlic one and that was great as well! I usually am not a fan of rice cakes but the ones in this is a little crispy so I really liked it! They provided some pickled radish and popcorn which was nice. The popcorn was a little stale but the salt level was perfect. The Kimchi fries were delicious too. Overall, would recommend and would come back!

Overall, my experience was excellent. We were greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Although I’ve been to this restaurant several times before, this was my first time dining in, and it exceeded my expectations. Our order arrived promptly, and the food was not only delicious but also accompanied by complimentary popcorn and a side dish, making it an even more enjoyable experience.

Delicious Korean fried chicken! Chicken was full of flavours with great presentation and it did not taste or look greasy or oily. Very crispy and it had a great batter to meat ratio. Got the Galbi chicken (small) and the green onion (large). You can choose between bone or boneless for the same price. It was a bit pricey for what you get. It was $36 for a large and $22 for a small. If you pay cash, you get 10% off the bill. Would come here more as a treat every now and than rather than a regular spot. Update: Gone back a second time and quality is still there. Got a cheese corn as well and it was delicious. Lots of cheese with buttery delight.

Half cheese & half seasoned spicy 😐(delivery takes really long. Meat is dry. Seasoned spicy is nice. Cheese is meh Honey garlic 😐(rice cake and potato are tasty. Nicely fried, even batter. Good seasoning. But the meat itself is bland

We were passing by and decided to give this place a try. It was 4 in the afternoon so the place was pretty empty. We got an order of half/half, onion and spicy. Onion was quite good and flavourful, but spicy wasn’t that spicy, it had more of a sweetness to it, wish it was spicer (sorry, subtracted 1 star because of this). The skin was perfectly crispy and the meat was quite juicy. The portion sizes were good, definitely enough to share with a few friends.

My go to spot for Korean Fried Chicken. My recommendation is their cheese fried chicken! It is unique and taste so good, it will have you come back for more. I enjoy eating in but they do get pretty busy so we usually take out. Parking can get tricky as it gets busy during dinner hours and you gotta feed the metre. Otherwise it's an awesome place you must visit.

Delicious Korean fried chicken location. I found that it's better than the other locations plus it's newer and opens later. Chickens were soft, hot and tender on the inside, crispy and flavourful on the outside. Good service and spacious environment.

How is the food? the food was pretty decent, I enjoyed the golden fried chicken (the one with the cheese) and the green onion (I like to eat it without the onion though). definitely get some pickled radish or any other pickled side dishes, take one bite of the fried chicken and take one bite of the pickled radish. It balances out well. we did take out, but the atmosphere looked fun inside. How is the service? since we did take out, can’t comment much on that. Any other things? They give popcorn for free from what I can observe if you sit in the shop. Would I recommend? Yes.
