I am very disappointed with my experience at this store!
I came here and purchased several items. During payment, the cashier printed three receipts but only handed me two of them. My friend noticed that the third receipt had “20% discount” written on it, but the cashier kept it instead of giving it to me.
This made me wonder was it because we are FOREIGNERS that we received such unpleasant treatment? In addition, when my friend was looking at a wallet inside the display case, the staff were also very unfriendly towards us, despite the fact that my friend speaks fluent Japanese.
This kind of service is unacceptable and left a very bad impression..
