Lasha was so kind, attentive, and speedy. The rest of the staff was also readily on hand to assist. Frankly, one of the best shopping experiences I've had anywhere despite the queue out front.

It was raining heavily but the staff kept us waiting outside for long time. I tried to negotiate to wait inside the door but failed. Great job, that’s how you treat your customers.

This review refers to September 20, 2025. I came in to buy shoes, but unfortunately the long-haired sales associate with glasses gave me the wrong size and then argued about it instead of resolving the issue. This did not feel customer-oriented and led me to leave the store without making a purchase. Disappointing experience.

Staff were really nice, and the soho location had a good selection. Definitely recommend if your trying to buy some staple pieces!

I want to sincerely thank Francesca for all of her help and support. She went above and beyond to assist me, showing patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. Her kindness and dedication made everything so much easier, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding service she provided.

The sales staff is extremely rude and it took us almost two hours to find the correct size for a pair of shoes. Only three pairs were tried on in total. The staff is arrogant and talks down to you. It felt like being on a bad prank show where the intent was to make your customers as uncomfortable and frustrated as possible. Will never come back.
