The most perfect little ring! The owner of the shop was extremely helpful and my sister & I spent probably 45 minutes in the store deciding what jewelry we wanted. My ring made it back to the United States with me and I wear it almost every day. I had a small issue when I got back to the states and the owner sent a brand new ring. The best post-sale service I have ever experienced. Exceptional customer service, and high high quality jewelry. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Paris! 12/10 experience!! ⭐️

Unfortunately, this is a ring payed €40 after one day. I clapped my hands and shattered into pieces. My friend bought a €60 bracelet and the thread disintegrated after 5 hours. ☹️

Superb customer service -- my rings are absolutely stunning. One of them had some issues upon my return to my home after traveling, and the staff was extremely kind and receptive to making the situations better. J'ai acheté une bague pour ma compagne. Elle lui a tellement plu qu'elle est retournée dans la boutique rue de Turennes pour s'en acheter d'autres. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et professionnels. Ils font tout eux-mêmes.

J'ai déjà acheté plusieurs bijoux chez ZooLoo dans la boutique à Paris et l'été sur leur stand à l'Ile de Ré et je les adore. Très joli design et très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Ils ne changent pas, même en les portant tous les jours.
