Saint James

When I was there, one of staffs kindly helped us to find every items we wanted. And there were ever sizes we wanted.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wanted a St. James pull for years and happy I could finally get one. High quality and comfortable.

Not the biggest especially compared with the store in Saint James but very helpful crew. Good shopping experience to be expected.

Kind staffs

Un pull m’a été offert pour Noël, accompagné d’un ticket d’échange valable 30 jours. L’achat avait cependant été effectué fin novembre, en anticipation des fêtes. Aucune adaptation de la politique de retour n’est prévue pour la période de Noël, alors qu’il s’agit d’une pratique pourtant courante dans le commerce. Résultat : je me retrouve avec un pull qui n’est pas à ma taille, et aucune solution ne m’a été proposée. Pas de geste commercial, pas d’écoute, pas de service client.

Achat de chaussettes, au bout de 15 jours , utilisation 2 fois ! un petit trou ! Vu le prix ! Ce n'est vraiment pas correct ! Bien dommage ! Si la qualité n'est plus là, évidemment autant acheter des chaussettes à 5 euros !
