"Craft Pub. Seven Mile Beach may seem an unlikely spot for a gastropub—that faintly British (and increasingly Brooklynish) blend of a casual restaurant and cozy lounge. But however improbable its setting, Craft is an indisputably beloved addition to the local scene, thanks to its globally inflected comfort food (think beer-battered cheese curds with a spicy dipping sauce or kale-and-cheddar-stuffed pierogi with bacon, caramelized onions, sour cream, and scallions). And while the question of who makes the best burger in the Cayman Islands fuels endless debates, the Craft Burger (a tower of dry-aged beef, bacon, brie, pickled red onions, and greens on a brioche bun) is always among the contenders. We went during off season- so it was not crowded. Sat at the bar and got great service and professional quality drinks. I ordered the Mahi Tacos, which perhaps the drinks were hitting, but it did surprise me that it was fried- I was expecting blackens - either way, good. Husband had a Moroccan Spiced chicken wrap, he enjoyed it. I liked the truffle sweet potato’s fries as my side. Cool vibe inside, and great air conditioning:)

I had the great fortune of booking my stay across the street from Craft and as soon as I dined here for the first time, I knew I had struck gold. Between the friendly staff and expert chef, you're in for a treat! Everything I had here was excellent but certain dishes were so good, I'll come back to GC just for the food, if I have to. The Scottish Salmon, Blackened Mahi Mahi, Beef Bourgignon, Salmon Eggs Benedict, and Carrot-Ginger soup were just perfection. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind and took time to check up on me even though they weren't assigned to my seating area. It was a no-brainer to just keep coming back and explore their menu (which changes often and features daily specials so that you can come back next time and discover even more great dishes). Chef Anis (who is sadly no longer with the restaurant) really went above and beyond (with many customers!) to give them a taste of something different yet elevated. He truly cares about his craft and it shows. Come dine here and you'll be so glad you did.

Service is fantastic... the way we are greated and assisted in this place is so extraordinary that it sets up high standards... drinks are great: lots of draft beers and interesting cocktails. Amazing food. Atmosphere is awesome as well... brick walls, arches, huge accordion windows, different pendant lights... the rustic style is such a beautiful design... I super recommend! Really worth it every time...

My stepmother describes this place as her favorite place to eat on island, I have to agree. The service is always amazing, with attentive & friendly waitstaff. The manager always comes over to chat and check on the quality of the meal and experience. The ambiance is really nice as well. The place being well decorated but upscale and still welcoming is a great touch. On top of all of that, the food is delicious. I've had the fish and chips, nachos, chips & dip, Buffalo cauliflower, falafel, cheese curds, craft bacon & cheesesteak sandwich. All of them were amazing. The breading on the fish was delightful, and the chips were cooked well, plus tasty. The nachos and chips dip was delicious with meat and melted cheese, topped with sour cream and guac. The cheese curds were really tasty, and I even enjoyed the Buffalo cauliflower & falafel. Really great food, great experience, go try them out. You'll be glad you did :)

Wow. Great meal and great beer. It is Poutine night. Lots of very yummy options. Will be a regular stop when here. Had the Craft burger. Very very very good. Delicious meal. Great place to stop for a beer, happy hour or a full meal! We stayed late enough to close the place.

This place is an absolute must. Corey was a great waiter who made some solid craft beer recommendations. We were so please we went back a second day and brought some friends who also raved about the food. Enjoy the Bowtie bottle openers Corey and staff !!

My wife and I had a great time here, the food is great and the cocktails are amazing. Darian was amazing, friendly and very funny and made our stay perfect. Definitely coming back.
