Staff was nice not very helpful they are not professional tradesman. If you are looking for specialised electrical equipment or parts you are better of going to home depot. Prices are okay

What a great shop! I end up going there all the time. It was great to have them in the neighborhood when I needed a serving platter at the last minute, but then I also go there for basic tools all the time too. This is a real neighborhood spot, the kind that you don't see any more. The owner says Hi when I walk down the street give a wave to my kids. He's always helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the customers.

This store is wonderful the owner Ovi always generous and helpful would highly recommend for all the products plus the customer service just the best!

Loved our experience at Gantry’s today. We came in right before closing time and the owner was so nice and helpful. He helped us find everything we needed. The store is very well stocked, nicely lit and super clean.

One of my favorite stores in LIC. When i needed a copy of my key fob, european light bulb, special degreaser, jewelry hanger, even paint, I found it there. And staff is nice and helpful.

Very disappointed with the service here. The person working there didn’t really seem confident in what he was doing and ended up selling me something that didn’t fit. When I tried to return it they wouldn’t take the return. Their receipt basically lists every category of items they sell as unreturnable - if you’re going to do that make sure your employees know what they are doing and your customers know that ahead of the purchase. This type of practice is extremely predatory, especially people who go to a local hardware store for help/advice! So much for supporting a local business…

Kind man, excellent service. Was able to find me find a unique screw set. Good jokes too. 10/10 would come back!
