Pleincœur

Pleincoeur is THE pastry shop that you want to visit while in Paris. I am passionate about pastry and I have tried so many wonderful places in Paris, but Pleincoeur is in my heart.Today I went, on my last day of a short trip to Paris, to pick up my galette des rois and to have breakfast there. Everything was again impeccable and so well balanced. I love the pastry shop, the nice people working there, and the chance to know the 17th arr, better, Batignolles, that is very nice. Today I had the pleasure to meet the pastry chef, Maxim Frédéric: he is humble and very charismatic at the same time. He is really a genius of the pastry world. I can't wait to be back!

Clearly one of the best pastry shop in Paris! Everything is beautiful and delicious in there... We tried the hazelnut entremet, the rice pudding pastry and the pear & orange blossom cake. It was divine... From the first bite until the very last one, we were living a dream. Thanks for that blessed afternoon snack.. and we will be back!!

One of the best pastry shops that we visited during our 5 days in Paris. We had the croissant, pain au chocolat, kouign aux pommes, pain suisse, quiche lorraine, and the basque quiche. The sweet pastries were amazing - super flaky and crisp, buttery and flavourful. You could tell they were all baked fresh that morning. The savoury quiches were good. Basque quiche sounded promising but I couldn't really taste the depth that comes with seafood bisque. Cappuccino was average and on the milkier side. If you are dining in, do note there are limited seats and preferably try to sit indoors. We saw a couple who sat outdoors and were constantly trying to shoo away very persistent bees that were feeding on their pastries. They had to kill 1 bee in the end, but there was at least one more. I imagine it severely affected their whole dining experience.

I had one of the best baguettes in Paris and the pastries are definitely among the finest in the city. You can really taste the quality, and the value for money is excellent - much better than other, more famous places with lower quality and flavor. Truly a top choice.

Everything was so god, top tier viennoiserie, the staff was very friend and the atmosfere inside the boulangerie very chill. I highly recommend it. P.S: (NOT THEIR FAULT)= i want to inform you that if you are a tourist and Beauvais is your departure airport, DO NOT BUY PÂTES À TARTINER cause even if the unit measure it’s grams and not ml, the rude airport security staff will throw it away.

If you're on the hunt for an outstanding bakery that excels in both pastries and desserts, look no further! This gem in town is a delightful experience from start to finish. I absolutely adored everything about this place – every bite is a treat!

Surprisingly barely had to wait on a Saturday around 11:30 am. The space is lovely, and the pain aux raisins had a cream inside that I wasn’t expecting. The croissant dough is nicely laminated with a simple syrup to give it the sheen and crunch.

Exceptional desserts! It’s impossible to choose just one piece when you’re faced with such a stunning variety of pastries and cakes. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious — the riz au lait pastry, strawberry tart, and raspberry-pistachio cake were all simply delightful. I also highly recommend trying their yogurt. Honestly, they’re more like desserts than actual yogurts — the amount of vanilla they use is just insane. Coffee is also very good. All in all, I’m just jealous I don’t live in Paris and can’t come here every day! 😂 But be aware- they don’t have a bathroom.
