I’m a huge fan of Field of Greens and have been a loyal customer for years. I usually avoid writing reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up due to the consistent drop in quality.
I order the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap at least twice a week. It’s not cheap—by the time I pay for delivery, I’m spending nearly $25 for one wrap. For a long time, it was worth it. The wraps used to be generously filled—so packed I needed two hands just to hold half of one. But over the past month, every single wrap I’ve received has been disappointingly small—practically child-sized. There's barely any filling.
At first, I thought maybe it was just an off day. But it's been consistent. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, and it feels like the kitchen is deliberately cutting corners. Why? I’m paying premium prices for what now feels like a snack. Honestly, my 4-year-old nephew could eat the whole thing and still be hungry.
I even took the time to call and speak with two separate managers. Both insisted that “the wraps are always the same size.” I respectfully disagree. I’ve been a regular customer for years—I know what these wraps used to look and feel like. The difference is drastic and undeniable.
At the end of the day, I shouldn't still be hungry after eating a $25 wrap. I'm frustrated and disappointed, and unless things change, I won’t be ordering again
