GLITCH COFFEE OSAKA

Go there only if you are a fan of coffee. They don’t have enough variety of sweets or cake which was totally ok for me. The main character is the coffee. You order in the counter and the barista explains to you the available options and a detailed explanation of the flavor. You can even smell and choose ! The seats are comfortable and the place has very “city” vibes. Each cup of coffee around 1,500 yen. Worthy to pay if you appreciate coffee and how far the beans are coming from.

Lovely spread of drinks, stellar honest service. The baristas gave us the wrong order and although we didn’t dispute it (because I chose not to take the receipt at the counter) they took the initiative to give us a new cup! Truly honest people! The drinks were amazing too from different origins and processing methods. We tried coffees processed anaerobically, through the banana mosto fermentation method, and through culturing. Start by ordering at the counter where the baristas will let you smell different varieties of beans to suit your taste. Then get a seat and they will bring it to you. Great ambience and vibe too!

went to glitch coffee osaka twice while i was in town and i’m still thinking about it ☕️✨ first visit i had a flat white with a chocolate / rum raisin bean and it honestly tasted like drinking chocolate in the best way. second time i went for a hand drip with orange/peach notes and it was spot on – super bright and juicy. the staff walk you through 3–4 different beans, let you smell everything, explain the flavours, and you really feel like you’re choosing your own little coffee adventure. the chocolatey beans literally smelled like chocolate, the fruity ones like actual fruit… lowkey out-of-body experience 😂 prices range from around 1000 yen up to about 6000 yen for the really premium beans. i sniff-tested the 6k ones and they smelled insane, but couldn’t quite justify it this time haha. bonus: they even gave me an extra drip on the house with raisin / hazelnut notes, which was super kind 🙌 the space itself is beautiful – leather couches, vinyl playing, very relaxed but still kind of luxe. you can sit, sip, and just enjoy the whole vibe. would 100% recommend to coffee nerds and anyone who wants more than “just a coffee” while in osaka ❤️

Glitch Coffee Osaka is located inside an office tower, in a quieter business district rather than a crowded city area. It’s a refreshing change of pace and feels calm the moment you step in. They offer an impressive range of coffee selections, and the baristas are incredibly attentive and kind, taking the time to explain each option patiently. You can really feel their passion and deep knowledge of coffee. Even though there was a queue, it moved quickly and didn’t feel like a long wait. There are a few seating areas where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your coffee. True coffee masters and a must visit for anyone who truly appreciates great coffee.

Glitch Coffee Osaka is an absolute must-visit for anyone serious about coffee. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the incredible selection of beans they offer. It's a true tasting journey, with so many different single-origin options to explore, and every single one I tried was distinct and delicious. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process, from the origin of the beans to the brewing method, with genuine passion. This educational-yet-relaxed approach made me appreciate my cup of coffee on a whole new level. If you're in Osaka and looking for a top-tier coffee experience with a fantastic variety and wonderful service, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Glitch.

This time, we visited their Osaka location (tucked on the far side of the building for those coming from the metro). They know coffee wow - we ordered three cups and they all tasted great (perhaps a slight bitterness in the Panama geisha though). One of my most memorable and juicy cups was their competition Columbia Huila Las Flores - not a particularly distinct lot, but the mouth feel hit just like champagne paired with a sweet, delicate strawberry aftertaste. Oh my gosh - I will try my best to recreate this at home as it was unbelievably tasty. The atmosphere is quite cozy and spacious to enjoy your cup - not much of a view. My main problem with both Glitch locations (I prefer this place) is that it felt like an amusement park - you wait in line to get your cup and chat for a minute or so with the barista then walk off far away to enjoy it. For me, I like more intimate 1-1 experiences where I can chat with the barista more and pick their brain, passion, and tips/tricks. This was just so commercialized/successful that that is not possible. But will you come here and get a well brewed tasty cup, almost certainly yes.

Colombia Huila Bella Alejandria . Found a unique coffee stores below a building stairs with a vintage settings and vinyl plate player. They offer multiple selections of single origin beans which has unique hints of flavor and taste. This beans marked as hard to find with a hint of mint, assam tea and grapefruit. Great place to relax and enjoy some high quality coffee! ☕️ Very chill atmosphere where you can enjoy some music or read a book. The rain outside during our visit helped provided more vibe! Their coffee was outstanding despite the price. Very much worth it! 🔥
