Novotel Danang Premier Han River

If you’re looking for a good place to stay and delicious dining services, I highly recommend experiencing Novotel Danang at least once. The breakfast buffet on the 4th floor is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. The staff are attentive, and the view overlooking the Han River is beautiful. I also really love the Gourmet Bar restaurant on the 1st floor. The food there is delicious, visually appealing, and suits my taste perfectly, even though I’ve only been there once. There are plenty of drink options — the juices are fresh and tasty. The staff are very kind and greet guests warmly; I was welcomed with a bright smile and a friendly “Xin chào” when I walked in. I especially liked one particular dish. The staff told me it was prepared in the kitchen on the 4th floor and brought down, but it was served very quickly. It had meat, rice, and soup — enough to fill me up. The meat was rich, fragrant, and flavorful, paired with various sauces. Everything here is wonderful. I will definitely be coming back next time.

Although I’ve been to Da Nang many times, I still choose Novotel as my place to stay. Everything here is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is delicious and visually appealing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The morning view overlooking the Han River Bridge is stunning. The staff are attentive and kind. I especially enjoy dining at the restaurant on the first floor – Gourmet Bar. The food here is excellent, from Vietnamese dishes to European and Asian cuisine. Everything suits my taste perfectly. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the generous portions make you feel full even after just one dish. The drinks are refreshing, well-presented, and there are plenty of healthy options to choose from. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic — the staff make me feel completely comfortable using the services here, always caring about my experience and offering help whenever I need it.

Nani, Lucien, Tran, Hoang, Dung in the Premier lounge are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to talk with. They were all very accommodating. The lounge is beautiful and the view is amazing. After a long delayed flight, we were a little hungry and knew we were too early to check in, but the tea time snacks were delicious and they were able to get us in with early check in. Our first time in Vietnam and of all the hotel we stayed throughout, this was by far the best and worth every penny for the stay. Thank you to the team fora wonderful experience!!!

Staff were very welcoming and the location was excellent. Breakfast was a symphony of cuisine with Korean, Japanese, western and most delicious Danang specialities. The maestro should be recognised with a Michelin star. Excellent service and warm friendship at Executive Lounge. Well equipped and big gym with yoga site, massage was also excellent. The puppeteer of this show was an engaging, warm gentleman - Marc the GM who is well like by his team.

I highly recommend the Novotel hotel in Da Nang! The service here is top-tier across the board. Every single staff member—from the welcoming Bellmen to the friendly receptionists, cleaning staff and dedicated waiters/waitresses—is kind, professional, and ensures a wonderful experience. Our room was immaculate: very clean, featuring a modern and contemporary design. The facilities match the service, especially the dining area. The spacious dining room manages the morning rush efficiently, and the breakfast is incredible, boasting one of the hugest selections. The lounge staff deserve their own special mention. Rosa, Tuan, Nami, Hoàng and Joseph are simply awesome. Rosa was exceptional! Their dedication to making guests feel special is what truly elevated our stay.

The room is quite good for the price in the central area. Good food service. The staff is very attentive. The room service is quite good with a reasonable price, not too expensive compared to hotels of the same range. When using the room service, I waited about 30 minutes for a tray of food that is quite a lot for 2 people. The speed of serving food is not too long. We had an early afternoon flight so arrived well before scheduled check-in. We were simply hoping we could drop our bags and go exploring while we waited. Instead because we had rooms with premier lounge access. We were quickly and kindly taken to the lounge. Nani, Lucien, Tran, Hoang, Rosa and Dung all took great care of us. They were able to get us checked in early to our rooms and we were all very thankful for their help. This is my second time staying here and both times I have been nothing but impressed and would highly recommend it to everyone.
