My stay at Novotel was truly impressive and worthy of a 5-star rating. The hotel provided professional service, paying attention to every detail. In particular, the Housekeeping team consistently maintained clean, tidy, and sophisticated rooms, creating a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Laundry service was quick, and clothes were carefully cared for, fresh-smelling, and neatly folded. The dedication, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff contributed to a memorable stay. recently stayed at Novotel Danang Premier Han River with my wife, and overall it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made us feel comfortable right away.||The hotel offers a nice view of the Han River, especially beautiful in the evening. The facilities are well maintained and meet all the necessary standards for a comfortable stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. While the view is not overly luxurious, it is definitely enjoyable and adds to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.|Breakfast was another highlight ||I would like to give a special thanks to Khoa, who provided excellent support during our stay. He was very helpful with service information and gave us detailed and thoughtful advice, which was extremely useful for my wife and me. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference.

They made my check-in quick and effortless, setting the tone for what I know will be a fantastic stay.
