Expensive. Decent, but expensive. Some of the food was overcooked, the meat and rice to be more specific. The chicken was bland. The sauce on the meat curry bowl was quite nice.

Food is ok, not special. I've eaten far more tastier bowls. Bowls comprise only a few ingredients, from which the majority is letuce.

It's the second time that they mix up the orders and I get someone else's food. The people working there are a mess and it's impossible to understand when the food is ready unless one stands right at the counter. The place is disorganized, paying takes too long (the machines often don't work) and the queues are enormous. I used to go there often during my lunch break but I won't do it again. There are many better places nearby with better food and better service.

Ingredientes are fresh but the dishes themselves are mediocre, not worth the money at all. Place is normal, if you're looking to spend a quick lunch break here then it's alright but expensive. For anything else it's just not the vibe.

The portions were smaller compared to their other branches. There should be a standard for portion sizes. I shouldn’t have had to pay 14 euros for 50 grams of chicken.

The workers are super nice and the bowl is always perfect. Not oily, the perfect franchise.

The variety of the menu has increased considerably throughout the years but conversely the size of the portions has decreased a lot. Recently ordered the chicken ceaser salad and it was much smaller than what it used to be. Also they just give you only a tiny piece of bread with it and when you ask for more they look at you surprised. At least that’s how I felt about it… Overall still ok, but assuming they will continue to lose market share to the many other options out there. Best thing is that there are almost never any queues anymore so the food gets prepared quicker.
