Clos d’Astorg

Exceptional classic French food. Great option for the menu of the day; but i would advise to come early before they run out of them. Was too full for dessert but they looked amazing. Our waiter was the best, really kind and patient. Will be coming back.

Great local French restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. I did not have a booking but they squeezed me in which was appreciated. I had simple “onglet de boeuf” with fries and it was delicious. A decent amount of choice on the menu with mains in the €25-€35 range, nice cosy chatty atmosphere.

Great experience. The food was home made, you feel like you are invited to a French house , the chef comes and talk to you. The wife is a wine expert with great recommendations, the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for an old fashioned bistro with the beauty of youthful energy stop by le Clos d’Astorg you will have a great time. I have chocolate mousse for a desert it was just delicious, very airy and rich at the same time. Long story short, if you have the chance to check it out you will have a great time and an authentic French bistro experience

Delightful restaurant. Came here for a pre-birthday dinner with a friend and had the most delicious meal with a perfect bottle of wine that was recommended to us by our attentive and knowledgable waiter, Theo, who made the whole experience so much better.

Woow! The food! The service! Everything. Good vine list, not overpriced. Rice pudding for desert was awesome. Vol-au-vent is a must try, but this pork with meat in the cabbage (I forgot the French name) is really something special.

NIce bistro, easy simple. Really friendly service in the financial district of inner Paris. Will be back in winter, that kinda 'pub' style will be very enjoyable in dark days.

I came to have lunch here with a friend and I’m very glad a did. The food is very nice and tasty. I will remember the mashed potatoes side dish with olives and gherkins. The piece of beef was cooked to perfection. At the end of the service, the chef came to check on us. The service was so polite and welcome. I highly recommend.

Dont miss out the stuffed cabbage which is an absolute banger. Choclate mousse is also a must have. But it's the outstanding service that makes me want to come back each time I travel to the city of love.
