Phenomenal place. So happy we stumbled on it. The chicken and waffle benny was fantastic. I’d go back in a heart beat

My omelet was soggy... The rye toast was like cardboard-- dry, hard and thin. The home fries were not cooked-- basically on the verge of being raw potato cubes. The whole meal was sloppily cooked and thrown on a plate. There was very little flavor to any part of it and my omelet had cheddar cheese, onions and Chile peppers--- no flavor and soggy. I should have known better when it came out of the kitchen in 5 minutes. I am kind of grossed out that I ate it. The ingredients were decent, they just need to find someone who can cook. Until then, do not waste your money. Go somewhere else.

We had a great experience here. The people were kind, the food was all delicious (jambalaya hash, huevos rancheros, Cajun benedict, and the sides), and the atmosphere was laid back -- made our morning!

From what I can tell, they use good ingredients, the issue is with the cooking. Burrito was a mess, and came out really early. Has potential, but you need someone in there that can cook.

Incredibly good, had heard it was good from reliable sources but was still surprised by how good the food and atmosphere and service is. #1 breakfast spot in the area for me from now on.

The reviews are all true, Bluebird is a great spot for breakfast. Ended up getting take out and service was quick and friendly. Even picked up some farm fresh eggs too. Would def recommend the cajun benny and THE BISCUIT! Will remember this place for the next trip to the area...

Great food with a Louisiana twist. Good coffee and lots of it. Staff is awesome; friendly and efficient. Place is clean. What more do you need? Highly recommend the jambalaya hash and the wildberry granola crunch waffles!
