This is an incredible place to stay. In the Karen subsection of Nairobi. The property is amazing. Beautiful setting. The staff was tremendous. Top notch, professional service. The restaurant was also truly good. However, one night they were obviously short-staffed and dinner took a very long time. I would definitely recommend.

My family and I visited this amazing hotel for dinner. To celebrate my mums birthday. The ambience and food was amazing. All the staff were so friendly. Special mention to Eunice our waitress, who was able to recommend dishes which we really loved. She remembered all our orders for 12 people which is a plus. We really enjoyed dinner at this place and we are definitely coming back...

Went for a family lunch and was amazed by the quality of service provided. We were met by cheerful and interactive staff who made our time there blissful. The food was delicious and finger licking to say the least. The nature all around felt like a warm hug. Special recognition to our waiter, Mr Gibson, who was a special delight.

The service was professionally done with precise excellence especially from my waiter Gibson Kyalo who was kind and very courteous . The food was delicately prepared with filling portions. The environment was calming and serene with birds waddling around. Views were astonishing and I got to get the glimpse of a golden sunset. A very beautiful experience and I would recommend.

Paradise! Perfection. Such a beautiful property and such beautiful service. We loved Newton in the brasserie who recommended the best molten lava cake we ever tasted. And we loved Wilson who took great care of us in our sumptuous room.

A very good evening to you ,I am soo excited to have had my graduation dinner at your hotel.The services are soo wonderful,the food was verrryy delicious and filling and the table arragement was so decent and neat. I had a lovely experience and felt the warmth of Christmas due to the Christmas decor.The environment is also calm. Special thanks to our waiter of the day Kyalo Gibson,,he's such a kind and courteous person and I highly recommend him.

Stopped by for lunch - very relaxing and comfortable venue with nice atmosphere ||Service : ok though starters toom a while to come ||Main course came in good time ||Food overall - beautifully presented and in the main good - my fish was almost inedible it was so salty - given the quality of the establishment I would have expected better. It ruined a perfectly good dish.||To be fair when I mentioned it - they acknowledged by giving the coffee ordered with compliments - though I still paid for the inedible fish

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, the staff was unprofessional, and the overall quality did not meet basic standards. I would not recommend this place. Very disappointing experience. I was celebrating my birthday and simply wanted to take a picture, but staff refused and were not polite about it. It completely ruined the moment and the atmosphere. Birthdays should feel welcoming, not restrictive.
