"Modern decor and brightly colored murals are the aesthetic at this 226-room, adults-only, all-inclusive resort in Ocho Rios. And when we say all-inclusive, we mean everything —spa treatments, a catamaran cruise, short off-site excursions to Dunn’s River Falls, and golf greens fees, and transfers. Rooms, with ocean or garden views, have furnished balconies and yellow and green accents. Couples also offers access to a small private island where guests can sunbathe in the buff. At the end of the night, go for cocktails at the ’50s-style piano bar—themed music parties are a big deal here. A packed daily schedule of activities could keep you busy all day, but take time out to languish in your private plunge pool if staying in one of the Spa Villas."

"Style Bytes I’m not usually an all-inclusive-hotel fan. I like the intimacy of an inn or a boutique hotel. I can really appreciate when some of the larger hotels pay attention to details and style that makes for intimacy in a more mass market setting. Couples Tower Isle in Ocho Rios is such a success story. “All inclusive and style?” you question……..yes, the perfect couple here! The rooms include fabulous vintage styled rattan furniture and their vignettes in their main lobby area in particular are wonderful and indicative of this new breed of large hotel. Pops of colour, cozy corners and modern artwork were among my favourites………..Oh and the porridge as well at the breakfast buffet! By Tracy Barry"

This resort was top notch in all aspects. Private island, free scuba diving, many restaurant options and lovely delicious drinks. Staff was ultra friendly and very attentive. 5 star all the way!!!! Id highly reccomend this NO KIDS resort for lovers. It was perfect for our anniversary.

Chef Kumar and the entire Bayside team at Couples Tower Isle gave us a dining experience we will never forget. From the moment we sat down, the service stood out. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly seemed to enjoy what they do. Nothing felt rushed or forced—the staff anticipated our needs and made the evening feel relaxed and special from start to finish.||The presentation of the food was impressive right away. Each dish was beautifully plated, thoughtful, and creative, making the experience feel elevated without being pretentious. You could tell real care and pride went into every detail.||And the food itself was phenomenal. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and incredibly fresh. Chef Kumar’s skill and creativity were evident in every bite. The flavors were bold yet balanced, and the quality was outstanding. We were still talking about the meal long after we left—it was easily some of the best food we’ve ever had.||Bayside is an absolute must when staying at Couples Tower Isle, and Chef Kumar and his team are the reason it shines. An exceptional dining experience from beginning to end. Five stars don’t even feel like enough.

A hotel with a charm. So cozy such a great customer service from all the staff. Nice beach. Great entertainment. Rooms might be on a smaller side and seem a bit dated but overall ambiance takes over. Would come back in a heart beat.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Couples Tower Isle, and this place made us fall in love with Jamaica—we will definitely be back. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. The service was top-notch, delivered consistently by every staff member we encountered. The amenities are excellent, as you would expect for the price; however, it’s the people who truly breathe life into this resort and make it what it is. Many of the staff have been with Couples for over 10 years, and it shows in the pride and care they bring to their work. I would recommend Couples to anyone, but Couples Tower Isle is truly special. As the first resort of its kind, it set the standard and continues to lead the way. The Spa Villas were absolutely amazing and appear to be among the newest additions to the property. We were also treated to a Silver Birds performance and a wide variety of fantastic nightly entertainment. To anyone reading this review, do yourself a favor: if you make the trip, take the time to interact with and learn about the lives and backgrounds of the incredible staff. People like Ronaldinho (Ron), Anita, Byron, Merika, Ahjay, and many others made our stay unforgettable. Couples Tower Isle was a wonderful place for my wife and me to spend our first Christmas as a married couple. The people, the island, and this resort renewed our spirits and gave us memories we will cherish forever.

Rooms are a bit dated as much of Jamaica is, however my house is also dated. It’s fine :) Common areas/ restaurants/ outdoors are gorgeous and likely where the bulk of the money goes. Amenities are top notch, you will always find something fantastic to eat and drink from poolside burgers to formal dining. The entertainment crew keeps it lively if that’s what you’re into, the spa and grounds crew keeps in serene if that’s more your speed. The Au Natural island is really an amazing feature. There is a swim up bar on one end and a quieter place to relax on the other. They also bring food and entertainment to the island so there’s no need to get dressed to get anything. There is a bathroom and snorkel access as well. We had a jetted tub room overlooking the island and the views were spectacular, though I’m sure the garden views are as well. Everyone we met has been upbeat, energetic and made us feel not only welcome but special. We booked here after the hurricane changed our original plans, but we are already making plans to come back. Great place with a lot of history. It is a older hotel but still very nice. The beach is on the smaller side. Scuba team is excellent. Aquatics team ok. Restaurant / bar options are excellent and the staff there are top shelf in the service industry.

We had the trip of a lifetime at Couples Tower Isle. The food was better than we could’ve imagined— top shelf Jamaican cuisine and drinks. I also loved how pescatarian/ veg friendly it was. Everyone that works here is so nice and will joke around with you and get to know you. You will make friends!! We went on amazing excursions like snorkeling and open ocean boat rides. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you CTI!!!

A small quaint Caribbean gem. The entire staff is so welcoming and take care of you your whole stay. The food is also excellent. There are so many repeating guests that have been there for decades. The entertainment staff of Shaqiue, Shani, Brittany, Duvoun, Garth, and Rojay were over the top and fun to be around. The piano player Craygon made my night every time he played. The drinks flowed all week. Deon and Shane were great bartenders. All the activities including the yoga made my trip special.
