A really nice and cozy boba tea spot to hang out for a while. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and good air conditioning, which makes it perfect for escaping the heat and relaxing a bit. The tea was delicious — refreshing, well balanced, and clearly made with good ingredients. The boba had a great texture, soft and chewy just how it should be. The drinks are also nicely presented, making the whole experience feel a little special. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, whether you want to chat with friends, cool down after walking around, or just sit and enjoy your drink for a while. Overall, a great place for boba tea and a very pleasant stop during the day.

They have upgraded the space of this branch, and it is now very beautiful, especially the 3rd floor with leather sofas, a modern, and luxurious style. The stairs are a bit narrow and low, so you have to be careful when moving. The drinks have been very sweet lately; even if you request 25% sugar, it's still hard to drink. I feel it's because of the toppings. The ingredients need to be reviewed.

KOI Thé offers consistently high-quality bubble tea with a smooth, rich flavor. The golden bubble milk tea is a must-try. Service is quick and friendly, and the ambiance is clean and cozy.

conveniently right opposite saigon centre.. making this a perfect mini coffee break and getaway from the saigon heat! super modern and clean interior, a mini branch off the popular koi milk tea, this cafe brings a new dimension to the franchise and giving you all the cafe vibes. they recently came out with a new seasonal menu of cold brew drinks! the Lalune was definitely the tastier one if u like lemon n cold brew coffee! this place IS upstairs, so be mindful if taking stairs is an issue for you

This place is nice for working. Quiet environment for focused work. Some electrical outlets didn't work, most did. The service and communication by staff was not very nice. I'm not sure if I'll be back here.
