Only reason for 4 stars on the food is because they did not have Halal meat options. Otherwise everything else was absolutely fantastic. Starting from the greeter to our server Kaz and the cleaning staff. The washrooms are also very modern and clean. We did dinner on a Monday night and the place was full. Fortunately we had a reservation. Will definitely be back again.

Hands down the best hot pot spot in town. The flavors are authentic and the ingredients are super fresh. Special thanks to Cindy and Joel for taking such great care of our table today. She was so helpful and efficient. Great vibes, great food, and amazing service. Will definitely be back! 🥰

1st time trying hot pot and exceptional experience service went above and beyond clean environment there’s even mouthwash in the bathroom a private dining room and comfortable seating. Everything was explained in detail and our server always there options are from meat or seafood and sides the matcha was one of the best I’ve had desert is free ice cream or popsicle even give discount card and candies. $3.99 for extra sides section and a performance even fruit station to cleanse your palate even get an apron

FOOD: Everything tasted great, beef was very fresh, food are good portion. They even allow half portion for some items. There is the sauce bar where you can mix your own sauce. SERVICE: All Hai Di Lao is famous for their great service, and Kris was our server which was friendly and informative. Would def. ask for him next time. Joel was very helpful too. PARKING: You can park at the outdoor parking lot, which is 2hours free. The entrance to the restaurant is outside, don't go inside the main building entrances. PRICE: Since it was soft opening, there was the 12% off discount on all items. However, since we are use to the all you can eat hot pot, and we don't think we eat thattttt much. The bill comes to $180 for two people is very high. We were told that once is grand open, it will have more promotion.

Went here with my best friends for hotpot and honestly had such a great time. The food was solid, the service was even better, and the vibes were chef’s kiss. Fang and her coworker, I believe his name was Rango, took amazing care of us. As per Rango “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”, which felt hilariously fitting for surviving one of the spicy broth. Special shoutout to Fang and her coworker for singing me Happy Birthday like we were longtime friends. Truly committed and awesome. Thanks again to Fang for the cupcake and snacks! We’ll definitely be coming back again. P.S. The manager was pretty handsome. Just saying.

It’s so nice that I don’t have to drive all the way to downtown Toronto, Markham, or Scarborough anymore just to get my Haidilao fix — having a location right here in Mississauga is amazing. The broths are rich and flavorful, the ingredients are always fresh, and the service is just as friendly and attentive as the other locations. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Honestly, I love it so much that I literally eat here three times a week. It’s that good! Whether I’m craving the classic spicy mala broth, the tomato soup base, or just want a light mushroom broth with lots of veggies, everything hits the spot every single time. Having a hotpot place of this quality in Mississauga is a total game changer.

Awesome new location in missisauga city center. Service was top notch with our server being very kind and always ensuring the water is filled. The food arrived to our table very promptly and was delicious. Lots of vegetarian options as well, which is not very common for hot pot locations. Couldn’t recommend more!
