Pelican Bay Hotel

In town for a rugby weekend and had an amazing stay at Pelican Bay. Room was clean and well appointed with an amazing view of the water and pool. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Bones bar had an excellent cozy vibe, great drinks and excellent service. The Sabor restaurant on site had fantastic views, great service and very reasonably priced for a resort hotel. Can't wait to come back. It's been a long time since I've been in Freeport, and the chill freindly vibe is still there.

Considering what u spend to stay here, its a fantastic deal! Its not the newest room or furniture, but u cant beat the price for getting a clean room, tv works well, good internet signal throughout the premises, very comfy king size bed, AND all access to the pools, beach, wet bar, free boat ferry to shopping center/restaurants and free transportation for grocery run, who else will offer so much at SUCH a resonable price? Definitely would recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions, this visit did not disappoint. The satff are great but the larger one bed suits are superb. The room aws clean, comfortable, modern and very welcoming with a great view over the water. Highly recommended

A fantastic hotel in a great spot. Probably the best hotel I have been in while staying in the Bahamas The balcony was wonderful and the view very nice. Keep In mind, if you use the balcony the HVAC shuts off until you close the balcony door and lock it.

I stayed at this hotel during the Easter holiday weekend 2025. It was fantastic! The Front desk clerk was attentive and informative. It was a smooth transaction being checked into my suite #135. The view from my room was eye catching. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.

At the moment Pelican Bay is the best hotel on the island. A reliable place to stay.|Clean and quiet rooms, good service||The rest of Lucaya is however falling apart. Government need to step in and do something about it

We had a fantastic first stay here and are already looking forward to coming back. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the whole property had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and cool (a huge plus in the heat), and the pools were well maintained. The location is also excellent—close to so many great food and drink options, and right next to the marketplace, which made things super convenient. The private beach access via ferry was easy and fun. We’re really glad we didn’t let the lack of a walkable beach stop us—the setup works great, and the beach itself is beautiful. Bones and Sabor had especially wonderful service, and every meal we had on-site was enjoyable. Just note: the bar opens at noon, which is totally fine but helpful to know. Overall, we had an amazing time and truly appreciated how well taken care of we felt. Thank you to the whole team!

It was a very good stay! Room was very spacious, kept clean, good cable service, and great pillows! I stayed for 6 nights for work purposes and couldn't have been more comfortable.
