"Paco Tapas, Alsergrund by Maximilian Mauracher. Owner Patrick Troger scored a coup with this Spanish Mecca. Paco Tapas serves a finest selection of Iberian wines and aromatic ham imported from the peninsula. The bar, which feels much more like a restaurant, is exquisitely furnished and it's exceptionally interesting to sit at the bar having a great view on the chefs' preparing the tapas not in a hidden kitchen but in front of the guests.
