Kapital Legs

Going to Kapital is always good. Decor was nice, friendly staff, great products. This location has 2 different Kapital shops walking distance so it's a good spot to shop.

Avoid this Kapital location. Staff is rude and think they are above everyone who come in here. This male sales associate constantly lied to make a sale to get his commision money. First telling me that the century denim was exclusive only to this store which is 100% a lie as he did not know i bought the no 9 jacket and pants previously at the kyoto location. Then he lied by saying everything was tax free but once I was at check out he stated that he never said it was tax free ever. When I passed on my purchase he then grunted and gave me a horrible look. Better to spend your money at another location with staff who are helpful and informative.

If you’re coming to get some pieces for your legs, I’d suggest you walk the other direction with your legs. Tanned skin lady staff who can fluently speaks japanese (and can barely speak english lol), looks clearly frustrated and impatient with foreigners. Can’t even define the actual terminology with denim and yet she’s qualified to be a staff at a store known for their denim. Also pulls a long face whenever you enquire ANYTHING in english. (FYI half the items in store hanging around are for display purposes and not for sale lol, so i’d just head to other denim stores as you don’t deserve the treatment from them. Did I also mention the store is soooo out of the way for every and anywhere?). GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Amazing store with the most friendly staff. They were out of sizes for the century denims but still welcome visitors and helpful with the questions. The store also has some amazing samples of how each type of century denim might look like over time. One of them even offered to take my shopping bags and coat so I could browse with ease. Would visit again!

Awesome Kapital store. If you’re looking for denim pants it’s the best to go. Selection and size range is wide. Staff even showcase their worn in century denim. Definitely a must visit !

Maybe I was just a little shy to approach staff at first but the lady who helped me was very accommodating especially with my lack of Japanese and even gave other options for denim wether it be the fit of the pants and even giving me heads up if the items or wore or less expensive from the previous pair. Ended with a century denim jacket that restocked when I got in and a pair of selvedged denim that was last in stock. Definitely coming back next time I’m out here. Also anyone reading this make the effort check all 3 kapital stores in the area cause all unique and different vibes . Kapital legs had my favourite music!

Would recommend visiting the Roppongi location first as they have tax exemption (while this one did not)-- I would have wished the staff here advised me about the Roppongi tax exemption when I asked about tax free purchases. Otherwise friendly staff and overall good experience from here.

There are three Kapital stores in this neighbourhood and while they all have their own special qualities this was my favourite. The employee working there was absolutely hilarious and the perfect personality and culture match for the brand. We talked about century denim and the brand for a bit and he was incredibly affable despite the language barrier. Ended up grabbing a couple pairs of pants and a sweater. Was somewhat disapointed in the previous two stores so I'm glad I stuck with it and went to this location as well as it was such a positive experience.
