The personality and craft of Oddjob's focus on mixology combines for a fantastic and welcoming atmosphere, not to mention delicious drinks! They use the unique space to create a complete experience that's absolutely worth a visit.

This is my favorite new cocktail bar! It's in kind of a hidden location but inside it's really nice. I love the big corner window seats. The cocktail menu changes seasonally, which is cool. Each of the concoctions are carefully crafted and quite interesting. I had the Witch Doctor and it was delicious. There's also a custom cocktail bar in the back (cash only here), where, for $16, you can have a custom cocktail made for you on the spot. It's a pretty cool process. And best of all, you get to choose one of the many beautiful glasses for your cocktail. It's a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I LOVE these types of bars. So, how is it that I never knew about Oddjob until my friend's birthday gathering several months back?! As many others have mentioned, the space actually houses two "separate" bars. The main Oddjob bar, which does have a menu of craft cocktails, and SRO in the back, where the drinks are custom-crafted based on your own personal likes and preferences: the latter, obviously, comes at a bit more of a premium. The space itself is also pretty nice, with plenty of seating for larger parties (earlier in the night, anyway). Make sure to check out the neat cocktail making contraption gizmo thingy they have to the side of the main bar as well! Oh, and don't forget to bring cash: no plastic taken here. ***Accessibility Info*** Venue - A spacious venue, with the usual caveats associated with bar counters and stools. Otherwise, pretty accessible. Bathroom - Didn't try them, so no comment.

Great ambiance with it's spacious interior, interesting-looking bar and wooden shelving for the spirits. Staff was amazing and delivered top notch service. The cocktails are incredible, but if you're feeling a bit playful, or adventurous, there's even a smaller bar where you can get something bespoke.

so glad to discover this local place! excellent cocktails and even more impressive mocktails that are just as complex, interesting, beautiful and enjoyable as any cocktail with booze. a little louder than I like, and it wasn't even that busy, but I admit I'm more sensitive to sound than most. the decor and layout are pleasant and comfortable.

Best part about this restaurant is they will make you drinks based on "moods". This isn't at both bars, just the one when you enter and go to the left. I asked for a drink that embodied "ennui" and they really delivered! It's a great way to try unique cocktails and it also is a great conversation starter.

I’ve been coming here on and off for good 5 years or so. Work events or outings, occasional get-togethers, etc. I think it’s been consistently a good sit-down cocktail bar for weekday after-work. The bar staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just plain nice. The drinks are great. Gets busier depending on the day and the time, but I’ve been here on various weekdays and it’s never as crowded as you think it might get.

Update: This place has really fallen to the wayside. Poor service and inconsistent bartenders. I've been here 5 times in a row where the bartender was unavailable for whatever reason. Overpriced, and not worth your time. Best high end cocktails in SOMA. Very professional bar tenders who know how to make a smooth cocktail. Go there to impress friends and visitors alike. Just remember that the prices are high, but totally worth it.
