Mùa Craft Saké

I didn't know my favorite local sake place had its own taproom. It was a pleasant discovery. The restaurant is excellent, with some very original sake options—the ones with yuzu and cucumber were delicious. The food was generally delicious, but I didn't like the okonomiyaki; it was odd and had fatty meat in it. The potatoes had a very unique sauce, and the oysters with miso are a real hit with oyster lovers; the sauce complements them perfectly. The karaage was served with a unique salad, which was interesting. I hope this restaurant always serves this much food, because I plan to continue exploring its menu and trying more.

MUA Craft Sake has a great menu with a huge variety to choose from. The décor is beautiful and feels very authentic, with a strong Japanese design influence throughout the space. The atmosphere is calm, stylish, and thoughtfully done. Excellent sake selection — high quality and clearly a focus here. A fantastic spot for anyone who enjoys good food, great design, and well-crafted sake.

The food was delicious, especially the crab omurice, cherry tomatoes and tuna. A must order is the Yuzu cucumber sake - it’s so refreshingly yummy!! The Classic sake was good too. The serving staff were polite, friendly and GENEROUS - we got 2 free shots of sake and 2 free chocolate chip cookies. Nice touch! The place looks hip and trendy, good music was playing but it could get a bit noisy. However, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

The food and sake are very good. All Staff are very nice. However, each order tends to take quite a long time to arrive consistently over 10 minutes. In some cases, orders were forgotten and required reminders before being fulfilled. We would appreciate it if these aspects could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.

Super delicicious food at reasonable prices. Staff were all pleasant and attentive. Interior was cozy, intimate and relaxing. My wife and I tried the passion fruit and guava sake which both tasted incredibly good. I feel that the restaurants goal is to make excellent food and not solely making profit..i think they can charge a lot more for the quality of food and dining experience but their prices are very reasonable.Definitely a must try when in Saigon.

As usual, fantastic experience... Modern, fun japanese inspired food menu, almost izakaya style. The pure rice and nigori are outstanding. We always like to try the seasonal fruit flavors as a flight (we do not like sweetness that much so just a small sip is enough) before buying the amazing pure rice and nigori. Great friendly service too

The vibes, food and drink is very good experience. Chicken yakitori is good. Beef tataki is flavourful with a pinch of local flavours. Their breads are all delicious. Sake are special and nice too. Personal favourite with be those with guava. And the staffs are so friendly and nice!!!!!

Brilliantly creative fusion – nothing muddled, everything intentional. Sake sneaks into nearly every dish (even dessert) and somehow works. Sakerita stole my heart. Lunch set’s a solid shout. Cosy buzz, spacious seats. Definitely coming back.
