Hidden within residential area, we stumbled on this place before going to the Airport. Food is hot and delicious. Sticky rice is cooked right and the dishes are savory. Serving size is also enough. 1 bowl is good for two but because it’s delicious you can have 1 each. Apricot drink might not be a common drink option, but worth a try. We ordered: 1. Xôi no ne (Braised pork, braised egg, dried shredded pork, pork patties, and sticky rice) - 74,000vnd 2. Grilled Pork Sticky Rice - 38,000vnd 3. Apricot drink - 28,000vnd Total: 140,000vnd (for 4 pax - we’re not so hungry) Pork is soft, and cooked well. Would like to thank the staff to, especially the cashier, Jinny. They assisted us in ordering, what to recommend, where is the nearest ATM, and very friendly and attentive. Answered all our questions and helped us how to eat the food. Take note: as of October 2025, they are still on cash basis only, so bring cash to avoid looking for ATMs. Recommend to try this out when you get here or before leaving.

Very good nothern sticky rice however i had the one with braised pork and it was quite dry like it has been outside for a long time. But the other bowl was nice. Also recommend to maybe book in advance not sure if they also do booking, but it was very crowded. Staff should tell the security guard to tell the customer approximately how long to wait for a table and not chase the customer away.

Quán Mềm is a cozy spot offering sticky rice and beverages with authentic Northern Vietnamese flavors. Tucked away in a small, quiet, and cool alley, the ambiance is delightful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the small wooden tables and chairs might feel cramped for bigger-sized individuals. Service is quick, and the yogurt with green rice flakes is particularly delicious.

The food is great, and I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of greenery, calm and peaceful, and the prices are quite fair. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight! The food was delicious, flavorful, and authentically Vietnamese — every bite was satisfying. The cozy atmosphere, wooden furniture, and nostalgic decor made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
