Plage de l'Almanarre

Visited on a Sunday afternoon in August so traffic backed up on the causeway road but easy enough to find a parking space, which are all free. 2 mins walk to get on the beach where it's easy to find a big bit of space to yourself. Beach is mostly pebbly sand but flat, however, no food outlets nearby. Views are beautiful but you covered in huge amounts of dried seaweed. It dries to you and your stuff and ends up coming home in the car!

Long and nice sandy beach. Parking spot available on the road behind. In the summer there is a cute train that takes you there (rolls on wheels). I visited in May so the water was a bit cold for my taste, but saw a few people surfing. There are a few good spots for that.

Great beach, not very crowded, clear turquoise water!

One of the most gorgeous beaches I've seen around here. Beautiful views and crystal clear water. Probably the only downside is that it's a pebble not a sand beach.

a beautiful beach on the french riviera, although it was in the middle of the holidays, but there were plenty of places, great weather, beautiful water and access to the sea, not to mention. vacation as you can imagine

This time of the year i find to be excellent for having a picknic with family or friends. However, be warned, there is no toilettes around and if it's really sunny there is no place to shelter against the sun, hence the recommandation to visit it this time of the year ( especially if you are with children) . We had good fun and the girls ( toddlers ) enjoyed it very much also. Let me know how you find it.

The beach has a nice view. It has a free parking space right next to it, with about 50 places. The beach has partially sand on it, and at the entrance in the wather, it has small round rocks. The depth of the wather is pretty big/steep, wright after you enter the wather.
