Mink Chocolates Cafe

Whenever I walk from Yaletown to Canada Place I pass this chocolate and hot chocolate café, and since I have a serious sweet tooth I finally went in to try it. I am very picky about hot chocolate and I love it thick, creamy, and rich. This one was exactly the way I like it. The temperature was spot on and it stayed hot during my walk. It made the whole stroll to Canada Place even more enjoyable. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the visit feel warm and welcoming. I would give them the best rating and I would definitely go back again.

I was searching for real hot chocolate in Vancouver, but unfortunately I still can’t find the kind we have in Europe. The hot chocolate here was good, but it didn’t have the real, rich European taste I was looking for. It wasn’t bad, and it was better than other places, but it still wasn’t the real hot chocolate.

It is the first time I came to the coffee shop & my latte was really good! The taste is very smooth and the foam was nice too! Good balance of flavors. You have seats inside and outside which is excellent and many options and pastries to choose. Nice to try again. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 starts is because the cashier didn’t ask how are you doing? Or at least be a bit happy, Imhotep he is ok. The Korean who prepare my coffee was so nice, she say hi, she smile, and she had a better ‘mood and customer service!! Nice for her!! If you are close to waterfront, it will be a good opportunity to try this place! Prices are balance with the food you received!

I’d come again if only to listen to the guy talk about the different kinds of chocolate they make & how they’re made. Incredibly knowledgeable and, for someone who works in customer service-which can be very hard sometimes- so in love with his job it’s amazing! And just a cherry on top, roast your own s’mores is so much fun

Delicious hot chocolate and traditional fondue! I tried them in Vancouver for the first time, and the service was very friendly. However, when I decided to buy something from their shop, I noticed what other reviews had mentioned — it feels like they use a different chocolate for the products they sell. And yes, that turned out to be true. I bought a cashew caramel in chocolate for $25, but it wasn’t good. If you want to enjoy their chocolate, I’d recommend sticking to what they serve inside the café.

A cozy little spot with a simple but satisfying offering. The waffle was warmed up, sweet, and had that nice chewy texture, paired well with the rich hot drinking chocolate. Service was friendly and quick, and the vibe is minimalist but welcoming.

Their Belgian Monkey Waffle absolutely impressed me. It was beautifully golden, and covered in sliced banana, whipped cream and drizzled in chocolate sauce. The aroma alone was enough to make me smile.

Mink has elevated to be one of my go-to's for a hot chocolate. Not just any basic powdered hot chocolate made with steamed milk, I'm talking about drinking chocolate - drool. Hot chocolate so thick that you could possibly eat it with a spoon, it has the consistency of pudding. Anyways, my most recent visit was motivated by this year's Hot Chocolate Festival and Mink was showcasing The Kinda Hot Hot Chocolate (Pure ganache layered with sweet cream and ancho & chipotle peppers) and The Not Hot Hot Chocolate (A Parisian style drinking chocolate over french vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate shavings). Each drink was $8.50. Their drinks are true works of art, offering a perfect blend of sweetness and richness. I was in love with the Kinda Hot version, it was thick and rich. Their regular menu does boast the option of milk or dark chocolate and they even offer fondue. A solid 5/5 for this delightful retreat that turns a simple cup of hot chocolate into a magical experience.

Stopped by a frozen mocha. Very smooth drink but it wasn't very "frozen" per se, just cold, which is fine. Enjoyed the chocolate they gave out on the side!

Sipping hot chocolate with espresso was fantastic! The best sipping chocolates I have had are in Paris, NYC, and Boston. I came to Mink per a friend's recommendation and I left with the store! I'm a big dark chocolate fan in general. Mink's makes small batches of dark chocolate. Outside of drinks, there is a huge selection of chocolate. I went with the traditional dark chocolate bar and the award winning hot chocolate bar. I wanted to taste the dark chocolate with nothing added. So smooth! The sipping chocolate comes in 70% or 36% cacao. 70% was my jam + espresso. Divine! Located down the street from the convention center. Easy to find! Nice break from work!

This is a chocolatier that also doubles as a cafe. The place gets busy, and it normally has a line. 20 minutes before closing, they also stop making food, although you can still choose a pastry from the case. They have a few variations on hot chocolate, including drinking chocolate, lactose free options, and the choice between milk and dark chocolate. They have some cool and fancy chocolates. Notably, there's a cute bacon and eggs chocolate combo. This place also faces onto a small urban park, so it's a nice place to hang out on a sunny day.

Really good decaf mocha here. I try not to come here often because it is somewhat addictive. The chocolate drink mixes that you can take home to make hot chocolate are the best I've tried. The personal fondue is a fun little treat at a reasonable price. Sometimes the service can be really slow but I'm not usually in a rush.

My husband and I came here for the hot chocolate from the hot chocolate festival. We were very excited to try it at the beginning because Mink is such a popular chocolate shop that offers chocolates, hot chocolate, and chocolate beverages in Greater Vancouver. We ordered the flight of four drinking chocolate from the hot chocolate festival. One was a caramel flavour; one was dark chocolate; one was white chocolate and one was the orange one. The dark chocolate was a bit bitter, which was great; however the other three were extremely extremely sweet that I felt sick after drinking them unfortunately. The level of sweetness was exceeding the standard level. I urged whoever has health issues or who has diabetes should not try this flight of four drinking chocolates. In a medical term, I suddenly had the Hyperglycemia. The extreme sweetness from the super sweet hot chocolate created high blood glucose (blood sugar) in my body that I felt very uncomfortable. I had to drink water to dilute the sugar in my body. I always have chocolates and hot chocolates from Beta5, Thomas Haas, Chez Christophe, and Koko Monk. I was totally fine with their chocolates or hot chocolates. But after I had the four super sweet flight of hot chocolate from Mink, I felt very sick. I am not joking. If I will go to this chocolate shop again in the future, I would only order their regular hot chocolate or dark chocolate. I just could not handle the flight of four drinking chocolate that had super sweet flavour. Sorry... However, I would say their customer service was good. They were welcoming, friendly, and caring to customers. The space was comfortable with outdoor seating.

Excellent hot chocolate and an even better atmosphere. It's located off the street in a little walking square. It makes it perfect for sitting outside while sipping hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate is wonderful. The milk hot chocolate is my favorite and the drinking chocolate is an excellent thing to dip your waffles in.

The lattes here were wonderful. The small, extra dark chocolate that came with the lattes were divine. So glad we picked up some chocolate bars to enjoy later.

Absolutely loved this space! Nice little café with both indoor and outside seating for when you want to enjoy the weather. All of the staff here were very patient and kind in answering questions and helping when our fondue flame went out. The drinking chocolate was just as fantastic as advertised and the bit of water to pair really did help create a memorable experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

It's a great place with lots of options. Was a sweet choice for a rainy cold afternoon. The staff was friendly and helped us choose what to order! The place was packed on a Thursday afternoon and lucky for us, we got to sit down. We were curious to try the fondue, but they said it would be back in 2 weeks. We adored their drinks and the food was a hit for us! The mix and match chocolates are our favourite treat to have at night!

I was here yesterday for a hot chocolate (small $4.95) and I thought it wasn't worth the price. It tasted similar to the ones I've had from Blenz, but it was a bit pricy than Blenz for sure. I actually liked the small wrapped dark chocolate that came with it. Because it's located next to Canada Place I think tourists can stop here for a coffee / desserts. Interior and washroom were clean. Like I said, hot chocolate seemed overrated for the price and I didn't find it too special in my personal opinion. Their colorful packages of chocolate definitely grabbed my attention though. I'm sorry I wasn't blown away with my hot chocolate.

If you wanted to impress someone with a hot drink and the possibility of seduction by unique, quality chocolate, this could be your spot! Walking on foot in downtown Van gives you the chance to see things you would not normally see driving. This is one of those places, tucked in a little bit. Lots of seating, out and in. Loved this place on the inside. Lots of choice. Friendly counter service and staff did not mind giving recommendations. Some award winning bars here! We bought 2 of the top winners. You will pay... $6.50 for a small bar. $$$ The focus is mainly on dark chocolate but there were 2-3 milk chocolate options. Then many other kinds of singles, truffles. I can only imagine the drinks. Decadent. I will have to come back and stay awhile. So glad we found this place by accident.

chocolate fondue was meh (served tangerines?? and no strawberries, strange) but the service was terrible. one employee looked at me and walked away when i called out "excuse me" and the other employee, when asked if we could have water, motioned wordlessly and mockingly to the self-serve water station (with no sign indicating that's what it was) very rude. not worth a visit.

Family reunion for COFFEE @ renowned chocolatier, MINK, 863 West Hastings in Vancouver city centre. Beautiful architectural steel glass ground floor view to Northshore mountains, Burrard Inlet, Pan Pacific hotel. Ground zero center of town. Real FRESH GOOD DE CAF COFFEE l heated my oat milk nice n frothy especially. served with a tiny square of 72% cacao chocolate. Yummy to the last drop. Comfortable outdoor tables and chairs. Priced at the top of the spectrum for city coffee. Service reasonably friendly and efficient. Recommended on our experience today 4 stars.

We are visiting from Washington DC area. This place is very warm and welcoming. I also love the location of cafe. Vancouver is such a beautiful place and Mink definitely compliments this beautiful city!!!!!

I am not a big fan of their products for a couple reasons. Well I recall the first time when they first opened like 10 years ago, I had their cold milk chocolate (yes in the winter time). It was thick that I remembered. So thick that because I drank it very slow it quickly hardens. Yes the staff melted it couple times for me. After that I had bad memories of it. When I left my first office job, the partner bought mea box of chocolate from here as a thank-you for service gift. I have to say that time, their chocolate was high end and not a lot of chocolate stores around. I like their design. Nothing really changed in their small square shaped chocolate design. Small box is over $20 with very few pieces. Not sure if its worth it. I did noticed that business for them did pick up compared to when they first opened. Recently I got some chocolate from them. Its nice to get as gift but I don't find them like wow. Also their prices are prices for the amount of chocolate you get and if you were to compare to their competitors. But again, most people buy chocolate from them as gifts for others. Their location is good which makes it a good choice for someone who wants to pick up something quick

Got the hot chocolate with cinnamink (ancho pepper, another pepper and cinnamon). It was pretty good. I'm not the biggest fan of hot chocolate, but I like trying different kinds that have other things added just to see how it blends with the hot chocolate.

I was really looking forward to trying their drinking chocolate as I've heard if you really like hot chocolate (and I do), this was the place to go. Unfortunately, they were sold out when we came so I settled for the dark hot chocolate, which they had just enough dark chocolate to make my friend and my drinks. The drink was OK but nothing memorable. I also picked up a 9pc artist bonbon set of chocolates to try. At $19/box, it wasn't cheap but when I tried the chocolates, they were not that great... definitely had better in this price range. Surprisingly, the Grapefruit Caramel one, which I was wary of the combo, turned out to be the best tasting one. The atmosphere was nice and spacious though and would make a nice date spot. Surprisingly saw a lot of strollers & kids here the day we went too so looks like a kid-friendly place. Maybe their drinking chocolate is really that good as others say, but I will have to try on another visit.

I heard this place was nationally ranked for its chocolate so I knew I had to come here! If you're a dark chocolate lover, this place is for you. The chocolate was velvety and not too sweet. The s'mores were such a fun indoor activity and there's more than enough chocolate to be generous with each s'more. I saw ppl got both the fondue and the s'mores, I think that's probably way too much. Just the s'mores and maybe buy some fruit on the side. I also bought their chocolate to take home and WOW. This is the winner. The earl grey chocolate and the mermaid. It's $7 for a tiny bar but I would buy many more. Their toffee was also bomb.

When we entered the store, one of the servers crossed her arms over her chest behind the counter and stared at us, and the other server was looking at the chocolate bars on the counter without acknowledging us. Both of them did not greet us as if we were not there, and they were not preoccupied with other customers. The service was unacceptable; we did not expect this from Mink Chocolates. We did not make any purchase because there was no service.

#175 Twelve visits and still in love. Mink is a chocolate café that specializes is 38% and 70% cocoa (dark) chocolate. They have many candies of many flavours (see pictures). My favourite is the 16oz hot cocoa (70% dark of course) with a side chocolate bar. Today, I had to really check out the menu. I never much paid attention but they have drinking chocolate, waffles, espresso, fondue, and more. Still I stuck to my usual and safe 70% 16oz hot cocoa to stay. This location is across from the Trade Centre area of downtown Vancouver and if you sit outside, you have a great view of the mountains. Take note it is very busy with local business traffic as well as tour groups so your wait may be long (though some things are worth waiting for and this definitely is and you do not want to rush this). They apparently will ship product allegedly almost anywhere so this is nice (just not the same experience as visiting the store). Oh my first sip warms my heart and takes the chill out of this cold and rainy Vancouver day. Welcome home, I have been expecting you. Yet something else that Calgary sorely needs, just like Miniso or JJ Bean or Muji or True Confections.

Usually this place is great and we love coming here for the chocolate fondue. We arrived at 3:50pm and the staff said they close their kitchen at 4pm and no longer serves it... to me it's just the staff being lazy and not doing their job. They had 4 girls working and you're telling me it takes all 4 to close the kitchen while all they're doing is chatting with each other? Wouldn't come here again later in the day. P.S. the opening hour on yelp is incorrect, they close at 5pm on weekends not 6pm.

This was probably the best hot chocolate I ever had. You can taste the finest Belgian cacao. I opted for the 38% one. Although it was on the pricy side ($5.20 for a small size), it was very rich and filling but at the same time not too sweet. Along with our hot chocolates, we were each given a complimentary dark chocolate. The perfect drink to have on a rainy day in Vancouver!

I've always passed by West Hastings and Hornby and never realized that Mink was right there until a friend mentioned this to me. Definitely in a super convenient spot downtown, I have no doubts it would make a great summer hangout. The cafe is decorated quite nicely and staff are pleasant enough as well, although seating is a bit limited. Obviously, chocolate is their specialty, but because of this everything is definitely a little bit more on the pricey side. However, the good thing is that you will get a nice sample piece to try when you order something from them. I ordered a small chocolate mocha over ice, 50% dark chocolate and 50% milk chocolate. Total came to $5.78. Just by tasting the drink you could tell that they definitely used the good chocolate to make this, but it was probably a tad too sweet for my liking. Therefore, I think the small size is perfect because anything more would've just been way to heavy to drink otherwise. However, the sample piece of 72% Cacao extra dark chocolate was just right. Overall, 3.5 stars. If you have a sweet tooth then this is where you want to be. Otherwise, see if you can customize and figure out how sweet your drink is, and try to get something a tad lighter than what I tried.

This place is SUPER cute! I loved the inside decor and the overall ambience of the place. This was my first time here so I asked the cashier if they had an iced mocha (it was a REALLY hot summer day!). He was kind of unfriendly and didn't really help much. All he said was "yup. what kind of chocolate." You'd think that this place would have friendlier service since it kind of felt like a *nicer* cafe. I ordered a small size and asked to have it made with skim milk instead of whole milk. The flavour was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I got mine with milk chocolate and it was extremely delicious. If I'm ever in the area I'd order it again!

Best chocolate in town! They even do real chocolate fondue! But the best "secret" is their hot chocolate or their sipping chocolate. They also have all the amazing bars of chocolates by the register with so many different flavours!

The BEST place in Vancouver for a nice cup of Mocha and a free piece of chocolate. Ideal place to chat with a close friend or 2 or 3. The drinks here might be a bit pricier than Starbucks/ even Blenz... But it's well worth the price in my humble opinion.

Enjoyable! We had the s'mores fondue and it was adorable (I'm attaching a photo here). Toasting the marshmallows was fun, especially as it was pouring rain outside. We also shared a peppermint hot chocolate. Both items were dark chocolate, of course. A little expensive, but would definitely return for a tasty treat in the future.

This place is seriously the best!!! Every time I come here, I always get the iced blended chocolate drink and request for their darkest chocolate. It is seriously the best chocolate drink ever! It's quite pricey (Around $6?) but seriously so worth it considering the high quality chocolate that they use. Their chocolate fondues are actually quite good too and my favourite food item here would be the s'mores set. Now, I don't go camping that often so I don't usually get the opportunity to make legit smores, so I just come to mink! Their waffles are good as well and they decorate them all fancy with different fruits, chocolate, and cream. The location is superb and the service here is excellent. All their drinks come with their signature chocolate "peeler", which is just a small thin bar of (high quality!) chocolate. I still haven't tried their chocolate bars yet but I'll make sure to do so soon.

I love chocolate and can eat chocolate every day! Sounds like so crazy... but I already cut back now! Last September I heard Mink Chocolate won the award for best chocolate bar in the world and I decided to go there and check it out! I had 70% cacao hot chocolate, it was satisfying and delicious! I loved it. The chocolate bars were good and great selection of flavours, I liked Certifiably Nutty. Navel Gazing and No Grumpy. It's pricey for chocolate bar but it's worth it. Of coz, I prefer to have another World Class Fine Chocolatier in Vancouver like MarieBelle NY, Jacques Torres or La Maison du Chocolat!!

Discovered this little gem back when they weren't that well known. Now they're all over the news for their chocolate and participating in every year's hot chocolate competition. Order yourself a personal fondue and a lovely pot of tea and enjoy life.

Mink Chocolates is famous for its high-quality chocolates and chocolate drinks. During our first trip to Vancouver, we stopped by the store. I'm not sure what area we were exactly in, but this was not far from the "Fly Over Canada" ride and the restaurants along the waterfront. We knew Mink Chocolates were pretty expensive, so we didn't think we would buy lots of treats to take home from here. I ended up buying a few chocolate bars and getting one of their chocolate drinks to enjoy then and there. The store is pristine and beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor seating. It can be hard to see the chocolate selection, as you basically have to peruse and get in line at the same time. I felt really rushed looking at the chocolate bars because of the extensive selection. By the time I got up to the counter to pay (even though there may be a line, it moves), I still didn't know what to order for my drink ... I didn't even have time to look at the drink menu. I ended up getting something I knew would be good. Since there were other customers, we waited a short while for our drinks to be prepared, and half of our group sat at a table while the other half sat at the counter. This was one of the most luxurious chocolate experiences I've had to date. Highly recommend at least visiting (for the chocolate drinks) if you love chocolate and are in Vancouver. Here's what we got: Mocha: After much indecisiveness and contemplation while in line, I ordered a small hot mocha with soy milk. Even though I was still full from lunch, I was not about to miss out on this delicious chocolate I had heard so much about. I took my time sipping my hot mocha; it took me a while to finish (even though it was the smallest size), and I was definitely full afterwards. The chocolate was definitely decadent, but still less sweet than the drinking chocolate (more on that later). I have a high sweets tolerance, and this was the perfect blend of coffee meets chocolate ... but more emphasis on the chocolate. I savored every sip and would gladly order it again (especially if the weather were cooler). Blended Iced Mocha: Of all the drinks our group ordered, this had to be my favorite. It tasted better than my hot version. I refrained from getting the ice blended because I thought it would be like a Frappuccino (and I didn't want lots of ice chunks in my drink). But, I experienced quite the contrary. This was rich, velvety and smooth, really easy to go down. The minute I had a sip of it, I regretted not getting it! I think it tasted even more refreshing because it was so hot outside. If you're looking for a cold drink and you like coffee, this is the way to go. Blended Iced Chocolate: A non-coffee drinker in our group got this, and this is the perfect cold drink if you just want something chocolaty and refreshing. I had a sip of this one too - it was delicious and tasted really similar to the blended iced mocha ... just without the coffee aspect. Same velvety texture and consistency. Hot Chocolate: One of our group members (who doesn't like coffee) opted for hot chocolate, because you cannot go to a chocolate store and not get hot chocolate! This immediately brought me back to memories of indulging in hot chocolate once the weather turns colder around Christmas. It reminded me a lot of my mocha, but of course, sans coffee. Drinking Chocolate: Two members of our group ordered drinking chocolate with espresso. At 10 oz., it was a decently sized cup. I tasted drinking chocolate at a bakery before, but it was a much smaller cup because of how rich the concoction is. I was surprised that this cup was so large ... and man, was the chocolate flavor intense. Even though I have a high tolerance for sweets, I could only take a few sips of this drinking chocolate and I had enough. Maybe it's because I was already full from my drink, and this option has espresso in there as well. It's definitely worth indulging in, but you might want to share with someone (I can't speak on behalf of the plain drinking chocolate; I only got to try a version that included espresso). It really did taste like a rich chocolate bar that had been melted down, as if you were drinking straight-up fudge. Delicious and decadent, but I couldn't handle too much of it. "Greetings from Canada" bar: This chocolate bar is one of the most popular items, even though everything came to me highly recommended. It featured caramelized pecans in maple syrup and chocolate ganache. I bought several of these bars and it got great reviews. The pecans give it extra crunch and texture, while the sweetness comes from the maple syrup (sticky factor) and chocolate ganache. What a great combination of flavors; it even has a slight saltiness from the caramel. I highly recommend this one; I didn't buy too many bars because they were pretty pricy (I think around $4.50/$5 for one).

Love the chocolates, best hot chocolate in town and also their chocolate fondue is to die for. But their service can disappoint . Was so looking forward to having a chocolate fondue and knew that they don't serve the fondue an hour before they close. So we showed up 1h 5 mins and got our orders taken but they closed their kitchen and refused to serve the chocolate fondue. We paid for expensive parking even ran to the store for fondue but was so disappointed. Hopefully the owners are reading this.

I got the Canadian Mint hot chocolate for the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival and the hot chocolate ganache for making hot chocolate at home. It was delicious, and beautifully presented. I'm excited to come here more often.

Mink has an upscale down town kinda feel to the place. Nice seating, the place was busy when I visited at 2:45pm on a Wednesday. I was glad there was indoor seating available because it wasn't very nice outside. When I ordered the barista didn't seem overly enthusiastic, but it was nice that they have a busser who delivers your order to your seat. She told me I can sit down and they will bring me my waffle. One thing that shocked me was the barista grabbed a waffle from display and immediately put it in the toaster. I don't know if most places do this, but I was under the impression that most stores make the waffles when you order them. I was kinda put off by this, but I could just be clueless to that fact that maybe lots of places use this practice? I sad down and my waffle showed up in the timely fashion, it tasted as good as it looked and frankly tasted similar to most waffle spots I've been too. So maybe the toaster method isn't as bad as I thought. Or maybe all the toppings just mask any imperfections with delicious sugary toppings. Overall I wouldn't go out of my way to return to this place but if I am in the area with some extra time I would stop by and order a waffle or try something else on their menu.

I've always had fond memories of enjoying a chocolate fondue from Mink, so recently I went to buy my own fondue set and dark chocolate sauce from this location. The chocolate sauce was definitely great straight from the jar, though I could not get it to taste good in a cup of hot chocolate, especially now that I don't drink milk. Nevertheless, I can tell the chocolate was made with a high quality standard, and I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet like most of the options on the market nowadays. I'd love to see more non-dairy or limited dairy options from this business! Keep up the great work!

Hot Chocolate Festival 2016 "It's a Clusterfluff" -Sparkle stick served separately. Would have been nice if it somehow sat on top of the hot chocolate but it's too short and in any case, I wouldn't want reside in my drink. -Pretty lukewarm "hot chocolate". -Sweetened with a slight caramel (?) flavour? Otherwise nothing striking. "The Voices in my Head Tell me this ain't no B.S." - Organic butternut squash and almond milk with 70% dark chocolate hot chocolate. Served with a smoked oyster. -You definitely taste the squash, but my personal feeling is it didn't go well as a hot chocolate flavour. -Pretty lukewarm "hot chocolate".

If you can't tell by the number of my check-ins here (no I do NOT work there).. Mink rocks. It's not far from my work so I'm usually there twice a day for my coffee which is pretty solid (figuratively speaking of course, literally it's very liquid). They also have a clover machine for those who enjoy that fresh brewed cup. I LOVE how you get a small chocolate with your drink. I also really enjoy their hot chocolate, chocolate bon bons, and some of their chocolate bars, such as "no grumpy". While I have not had the parfait or fondue, they look scrum-didly-umptios. I think it took me so long to get around to a review for Mink because what else can I say.. The staff are also great. Tell them Jamie sent you.

Most terrible customer service we have recieved in Vancouver. The manager (or owner?) was a rude older gentelman that took away a chocolate bar, that we wanted to buy, from my child's hands because he thought chocolate bars are delicate! If you're that worried, put them in a glass case not at reach! The waffles were soft and cold and they were served in to go bags. When I asked for a plate, he grunted and merely pushed a plate in front of us. Coffee and chocolates were mediocre at best. Used to be a nice place few years ago but not anymore. Will never go back. Sadly they wasted such a nice location with terrible service and mediocre products.

Drinks that knock my socks off - THIS IS ONE OF THEM! A cup of hot chocolate with non fat milk mixed with half dark and half milk ganache is like slurping on a chocolate fondue fountain where you dip fruit in... you cannot even taste the "light skim milk" because it was so creamy and rich... heaven in the mouth....... MMMMMMMM... and you can a little piece of dark mink chocolate too... MMM dark chocolate :) That was just PART A - ... part B is a blended mocha with added peppermink - smart advertising gimmick. It was sooo flavourful and bursting with mintyness... like a morning after eight. I don't think it's something that you can have all the time because it is rich.. but trust me... if you need something to blow your mind.. this is it!
