Bought a pair online from Australia and the after sales customer experience was very disappointing. I informed them that the website states free shipping worldwide but I was charged for shipping. They replied that they would get back to me and I never got a reply. The shoes were also one size too big and I asked for their exchange policy. They did not offer such service and suggested I get insoles. The size I purchased was womens EU 38 and when I bought insoles it turns out their size is actually EU 40 although the shoes I bought was 38. I would not recommend this brand if you need to purchase online and cannot try the fit. I’d stick with Tod’s for the price point.

Terrible experience with the Sloane Square store - staff were rude and mediocre. Returned some shoes on the 25th of March and still haven't received my refund a month later despite messaging and arranging a call yesterday that never materialised.
At this price point and for this level of service, definitely not worth the hassle.
