The hotel is in the perfect location. Nice rooms and comfy beds. No mini fridge unfortunately, but there's tea and coffee making facilities and a couple of biscuits. Also an iron and ironing board, TV and safe. The top of the wardrobe had the thickest dust I've ever seen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is very expensive. Parking on the top floor of the multi storey above waitrose is very reasonable. Just give the car registration to reception. If you dont take the botanical garden view, then you're overlooking the air con on the roof. So shut the curtains.

My wife and myself stayed in the Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel for the second time, no complaints, the room we had was very spacious very comfortable, and very clean. It also had huge fluffy towels. The Concierge couldn't do enough for us, and stopped doing his duties to help us, much appreciated. The receptionist was very helpful, pleasant and chatty. In the bar area Robbie was Exceptional, with his knowledge of spirits and beers, and was very helpful and friendly. We didn't dine in at night, but had an Excellent buffet breakfast cooked by Lorraine, and the staff were helpful and polite. Also had a chat with Pminder (apologies for the spelling) and Karen who were also very pleasant.|Overall we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon, thanks again to All the staff at the Grosvenor, keep up the good work.

My wife and I had a one night stay as we were attending a wedding in the city. The hotel is well situated in the west end of the city with lots of nearby restaurants with student offers and competitive prices. The hotel was lovely especially on a bitterly cold day as it was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of towels and shampoo etc in the bath/shower. We had the breakfast as part of our stay and it was the usual fare well cooked and presented,. So all in all a good experience for not much more than a premier inn

The Grosvenor was a lovely hotel to stay in, we booked via itison and received a free welcome drink which was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was very easy. The only downfall was the toilet which appeared to have some mould around the shower/shower curtain.

Stayed overnight for a family wedding nearby. Check-in staff were really friendly & helpful, giving an excellent first impression. Room was clean & comfortable, had everything we needed. Fantastic location. Parking available but we didn’t need it. Will definitely return. (Also had the bonus of seeing GlasGlow from our window)

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in an accessible room. It was large, with a super king bed and a comfy sofa, overlooking the Botanic Gardens. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was a wet room, which unfortunately flooded when I had a shower due to there not being a slanted floor to the drain. Housekeeping arrived quickly to clean up and built a little moat put of towels to stop the water from going all over the floor for future showers, which worked. There was an adjustable shower chair, rails and both a handheld shower and a rainfall head.|I was a little disappointed that there wasn't any water included in the room, but I was able to order a pitcher of water from room service at no cost. |The only thing that could be improved is to include bathrobes and slippers with all rooms, not just the higher grade rooms.|Staff were wonderfully helpful, particularly the bar supervisor in BeGin. He deserves a pay rise. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly helpful.

Booked through Itison deal and requested twin room. However on arrival would only give us a double room, saying we could upgrade for £40 per night. Manager on duty was just unhelpful. Girl on desk was excellent and tried her best. Room was adequate, but no fridge? Some bottled water in room would have been nice. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine, restaurant and bar staff were very nice and helpful.....actually a good stay spoiled by unhelpful manager.
