Do not buy from Trudon if you expect competent customer service.
I reported a defective candle on Nov 13 due to an uneven burn. Trudon handled the exchange directly and issued a return label. I shipped the candle back on Nov 21, and it was delivered on Nov 28. On Dec 10, I was told a replacement had been sent and that I would receive confirmation.
That was false. There was no shipment, no tracking, and no communication unless I followed up repeatedly. As of Jan 6, I still had not received the replacement. The issue only moved forward after multiple escalations and requesting management involvement.
A basic exchange has taken several months and required constant chasing. If something goes wrong with your purchase, expect delays, silence, and miscommunication. At this price point, there is no excuse for this level of customer service.
