"Order anything with Nutella While the focaccia is excellent at Panegirico, the exceptional part is that they make paninis to order—which, oddly, is not a common find in Genoa . With tons of local meats and cheeses, and all sorts of crusty breads, you can create your own sandwich, or go for one of the daily specials they post on a small chalkboard out front. Personally, I go straight for the sweet stuff, and I recommend anything with Nutella. The one with Nutella and banana is absolutely scrumptious."

An absolute gem! Customize your own sandwich or choose from a list of them. Tons of options even for bread. My husband and I stumbled upon it, reinforcing our traveling mantra that wandering always leads to the best places :). Cute shop, fully air conditioned, fresh ingredients, English menu, friendly service, yes please!

For Genoa, the prices are very fair and quite affordable, which makes Panegirico an excellent value. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Beautiful old-school shop with a stunning selection of sandwiches (vegetarian- & vegan-friendly). They have literally everything you can think of & far more, & we loved the four sandwiches we got. Ingredients are highest quality & crazy fresh, & there's tons of rolls & bread to choose from. Service is wonderful. Five minutes from train station, don't miss.

Great paninis with a large menu of different varieties to choose from. Prices were very fair. Service was very helpful. Easy location that us a little off the beaten path, which made for a nice quiet lunch. Would definitely recommend!

I tried Panini Vespasiano. It is with roast beef, eggplant and cheese etc. It was tasty, price/quality is okay. The waiter was really kind, friendly. I recommend this place as fast, economic and delicious option!

Shared a salad and it was amazing! Tempted to buy more, the salad was very fresh and lovely. Salads averaged 7 euro and sandwiches 5 euro. Also had vegan options. Cute little spot too.
