This place has been my go-to spot for meat for as long as I can remember. Their pièce de bœuf (sauce au poivre) is always divine, perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor every single time.
Their sauce vinaigrette - that you pair with both the poireau and the lentil salad - is the best one I’ve had, been trying to crack this recipe for years.
Don’t forget to order the poilée au cèpes!
And don’t skip dessert: the baba au rhum, which you get to prepare yourself (with rhum, cream and strawberry coulis) makes for the perfect finishing touch.
