As a tea lover, I was truly disappointed with this shop. The staff were not welcoming at all, and to my surprise, you are not allowed to taste any tea before buying — only to smell it. This is a tea shop, not a perfume shop. I’ve visited many tea shops worldwide, and almost all of them allow you to try before you buy.
When I asked, the staff actually suggested I “go to a restaurant and try some teas, then come back to buy from us.” That makes no sense, as not every restaurant or café serves their tea.
Overall, this was the worst tea shop experience I’ve had. Definitely not a place I would recommend for true tea enthusiasts.
