The worst experience ever! Had to give one star, I would give zero otherwise. I ordered their Suvarna Haldi Chandan face pack. The first scoop had a human hair in it! I reported it the moment I opened the packet. And team was very unhelpful and non cooperative. See attached the pictures.

I like KAMA product very much, but the customer service of this store staff was terrible. She don't greet me and don't give detailed explanations about the product. Just explain the promotion. When I bought product, she say “thank you ”with phone calling. It was very disappointing though it was very good at other stores.

Kama stores are beautifully designed and they always smell great - this one is no different. The staff is really friendly as well. The products are quite good and they are slightly cheaper than Forest Essentials.

Love Kama Ayurveda products. This is a cute little store in Khan Market. Well I was a little disappointed as most of the products are always out of stock here. Also, I did not like the salespeople being too pushy. As a brand Kama is wonderful. However, managing a store might take a little more time for them.

Had a strange experience at the khan market St. Wanted to return products bought a day before but the store refused returns when the product was in perfect unopened condition. Would advise people used to shopping abroad to stay clear of the place.

Amazing products. I love all the products I have used so far. I ordered for Bringadi intensive hair treatment oil, Rejuvenating Ayurvedic Night Cream, Eladi Hydrating Ayurvedic Face Cream, Kumkumadi Scrub, and Mridul face cleanser. All reached just after two days nicely packed in box. I have been using it all for 15 days now, results are awesome. Softness, glow, and richness in skin can be felt from very first use. Best of Ayurveda so far to me. Only one con.... prices have been increased since the last time I ordered. Thanks Naina
