We went on Saturday, the place was crowded and we arrived at 8:20 PM (they close at 9 PM) but the house was full and the people kept coming.
It was noticiable that the staff was stressed at that point.
The place is stunning I am not going to lie, is a huge colonial style house with high walls, wide halls and windows, the parking space is big compared to the others in the area.
The weather was really nice, it was hazzy and cold.
Since the place was crowded the waiting time was long but that was not a big deal (common sense.)
I asked for a "lomo de aguja" well done, it was hard, had a lot of connective tissue and a bitter flavor from the grill, no seasoning. The side was half a middle size potato, 3 slices of carrot, 3 slices of zucchini, like 28 grams of chimol/chirimol/pico de gallo and like 28 grams of salsa verde de chiles tatemados, this last was really nice but if you ask for more that is an extra.
I also asked for a peach juice, I thought it was going to be something more natural but tasted pausterized like from a box.
My mate asked for a chicken sandwich, it was a regular club sandwich with half of the plate filled with fried frozen frech fries and to drink and horchata.
The place is beautiful but the food is nothing out of the common or so amazing to tell to yourself "wow, I want to come here again to try this amazing dish", is like a canned restaurant like a millenial restaurant but with a better budget XD.
