"Founded by Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans, this is the pinnacle of freakiness, with energy lurking in its walls, under its stairs, and in its ether. Overall, I had a fun time at the museum. The atmosphere and the environment is spooky and the exhibits are genuinely interesting. I did not like that they had a jump scare haunted house section in the circus area with someone dressed as a clown jumping out of the walls (felt like cheap scares after treating the entire rest of the tour like a museum). The site says this tour is roughly 2 hours. My experience there was nearly 3 hours. It was so long in fact I had to leave early because we wanted to make sure we had enough time to get to the airport (time we had planned for a 2-2.5 hour tour). They keep the tour moving pretty consistently, and also offer very few options in terms of seating in that 3 hour span. They also do not have many options for water either. They did show multiple videos throughout the tour of people passing out while in some of the haunted rooms, but I do wonder how many times that was due to the heavy use of fog machines, limited options for seating, no water, and a 3 hour tour time. I did have someone in my party throw up in the parking lot of the tour afterwards, though I feel like it was less because of the items in the museum and more about the things I've listed above. Prepare accordingly for your visit and you should have a good time. You can also ask to leave the tour at any time and they will take you out to get some fresh air and let you sit for a second before letting you rejoin your group. If you can, I highly encourage you to do so around the circus themed section to avoid the man in a clown mask jumping out at you.

Absolutely loved Zac’s Haunted Museum 💀🪦 We drove from L.A just to see the Museum in person. It was worth the drive and every penny we spent. There was so much thought, detail and passion that went into every room. From the ceiling to the floors to all the haunted objects all around it was top notch. Our tour guide Bailey was awesome. We loved her. We felt she not only gave the description well, but she gave us space to connect with the haunted objects. We recommend getting the RIP access, the extra rooms were worth seeing and getting up close. We were lucky and also had a small group, only six of us. Lucky 6 💀💀💀💀💀💀 Thank you Zac for creating this for us. Every Horror in one house that we have ever dreamed of. 🖤

Visiting the Haunted Museum was one of the most unforgettable—and chilling—experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere felt thick with history and mystery. The lighting was dim, the halls were quiet, and every exhibit seemed to stare back at me. The museum does a fantastic job blending real historical artifacts with eerie storytelling. Each room has its own unsettling theme, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, offering stories that are just believable enough to make you question everything. Some exhibits genuinely gave me goosebumps—especially the ones with recorded paranormal activity. What I loved most was how immersive the experience felt. Nothing felt cheesy or over-the-top; instead, the fear came from the subtle details, like distant whispers, cold spots, and the sense that something was just over your shoulder. If you enjoy spooky adventures, ghost stories, or anything paranormal, this museum is absolutely worth the visit. Just be prepared—you might leave with more questions than answers… and maybe a chill you can’t quite shake.

Me and my wife traveled from the UK with the Haunted Museum being one of our must see attractions. I can honestly say the VIP tour was amazing. Our tour guide Ashley (i think) was brilliant. There are some negative reviews on here, but after paranormal hunting myself for 20 years, and being able to see the collection that Zak has collected over the years was impressive. Even my wife who isn’t into the paranormal enjoyed the experience. Keep it up guys, hopefully in years to come we can visit again and see more.

Sit down and buckle up. After watching the show and having a close friend attend I knew it was a must see. My daughter (4 years old), my husband and I have all experienced paranormal activity in the current location we are living. It was just him and I because I would never take her there. For reference we are from Saskatoon, SK Canada. Upon entering the Museum yesterday, everything felt heavy. I can't remember the exact order of each room but I will tell you what we felt in each room. Dr. Death's room and van (notorious for making females cry) I started bawling as soon as we saw the van. The clown room I screamed the entire time. The rapist room, I can't remember his name but also famous for making women vomit I had that feeling about 4 times and had to exit the room to calm down. Peggy made me feel calm, I have a 4 year old daughter and she reminded me of her and we had a good conversation as no one else in the room wanted to talk to her. And she also said my name which was the highlight of the tour for me!! I thanked her for talking to me. The worst part of the experience was the basement. One of the heaviest places in the Museum. The only person to get a response was my husband and he asked her name. She responded but we couldn't understand the response. We got back to the hotel after that the day' gambled a bit and back to the room. He showered and told me he could smell the museum while showering. After getting out he still told me he could smell it. He wouldn't stop pacing, he paced our room for 45 minutes and then said he was leaving. At that point I said I'm coming with you. This morning we noticed he had scratches on both sides of his neck. They look like they are from shaving but he went to the barber a week ago. We contacted his cousin who does Reiki and she said he has a dark lighter attached to him. Photos attached. Definitely a cool exhibit but he isn't kidding, you have to beware before you enter!! I totally forgot to thank our tour guide Kate as she had so much information and she was quick to remove me from the room I couldn't handle 🫶❤️

First of all, what a crazy place! Loved every minute of it as it was a huge bucket list of mine, especially being a ghost adventures fan the last 15 years! Most of the rooms were amazing, crazy feelings especially in the Ed geane room, dr suicide, Peggy and dybuk box room, but more so the basement! While in the basement there was only 3 of us went in while walking around a circle trying to keep positive mindset as recommended I suddenly stopped and darker thoughts came in, I tried to fight them then it felt like I had walked into spider webs, when I tried to wipe them off me I felt something on my shoulder, after leaving I hadn’t thought too much off them and stuff, the following day me and my wife were at the hotel pool and she said “Petermark turn around there’s a bite on your back” obvs in some sort of fear I tried to pan it off to be other things but ended up accepting it was teeth marks( with also a cruised leg, though could have been from anywhere)😂 we went end of august and from them I’ve had chronic lower back pain that’s just went away today, with medication from a dr, I would definitely recommend but please be respectful of the spirits and demons in this place and enjoy your visit!

Holy heck was it spooky! So many amazing things to see an learn about. The tour guides are super fun and knowledgeable. The shear amount of haunted items is mind blowing. We got the RIP passes, and got to see more, and it even comes with a badge/lanyard and a t-shirt! I definitely recommend going if you enjoy the macabre and real life haunted things. We even got to touch the REAL cauldron of Ed Gein. It was wild!

Yelp
This is a real world review.. Took the night experience on the 19th of this month with my wife. If you have a fear of "ghosts", "demons" or the afterlife experience, you probably shouldn't go or at very least understand what your going into. Now, if your into that kinda of stuff, you'll get your experience. Ours was pretty (I'll say eventful) at the vary least. It wasn't crazy people jumping out. Its not that kind of place. Its pitch dark, with a small flashlight and a very large multi-story home with many, many rooms with historical unfortunate events.  Especially in the basement (that's not an exaggeration either)...  The home has a rich unfriendly history for vegas.  You can look it up yourself ahead of time.  The waiver you have to sign is no bullshit.  The staff give you a very direct historical review of the home and the events that occurred there.  They give you many warnings throughout the initial meeting.  Once your setup with your equipment they send you out into the home, on your own.  This is key.  You are totally alone (unless you walk with others, we didn't lol) and its pitch black.  You navigate with small flashlight you are given just before entering.  From there your on your own.  Be prepared for that, it's an important fact.  You are free to roam where you wish.   That's when things start to get unnerving.   Its dead (no pun intended) quite, dark and in some places down right scary.  You need to make sure you bring your courage because when stuff starts (and it will) you better be able to handle your fears and not bolt off running.   If your the type that has the ability to kinda "feel" things you'll get your fill. Enough said, you have been warned. Well worth the money for the night time experience! Thanks Rich

Yelp
Zac Bagan's "The Haunted Museum" was truly "one for the books". I've been watching all the "Ghost Adventures" and its spin-offs from the very beginning and having a place to see, hear and feel all the amazing items Zac has in his museum was incredibly chilling. I was in awe of everything and everyone I encountered. I won't give away of what you may see, let's just say there isn't anything in this museum that won't creep you out, that won't give you chills, that will make you second guess of what you may have just encountered. I love that there is a lot of history and facts of everything on display. Also, don't be surprised if they pick you for a little scare, because I was-Damn it Zac, lol. It was all in fun and happy to have been a part of it. I love coming here especially during Halloween time, but anytime is just as great too. "You don't need to be a believer, be an open-minded skeptic". TIL next time... Respectfully

Yelp
If you're a fan of Zak Bagans and you enjoy his show(s) you'll love this or at least I think you would. I went into this not knowing who he was and not ever watching his shows. However, I am a fan of the macabre and horror movies but still have a skeptical mind. So, husband and I checked in at 5:30 pm for our reservation. Then we waited in line for 30 mins to be let into a seating area where they had a group of 14 watch a video. Afterwards, we went into the building where they checked us in 1 more time and gave us our tickets and a chance to use the bathroom because this tour was going to be a 2 hour tour. They gave us rules and made us turn off our phones. This was also the chance for you to upgrade from general admission to RIP (VIP) allowing you to go into 10 additional areas. We didn't upgrade (and glad we didn't.) Our tour guide was great and informative but the videos of Zak Bagans in each of the different areas were annoying. He was dramatic and sounded like a douchebag. He was a bit too much for me and things just didn't sound believable. I hated the smoke machine and the incense smells were gross. The tour ended at 9 pm. That's like 3 hours!! It was just too damn long. I wasn't scared at all of this haunted museum and I was yawning a lot. I don't recommend this but again, if you enjoy his tv show, you'll probably enjoy this.

Yelp
Such a cool and creepy place. We did the VIP tour and while it was cool to see some of the other areas not given to the regular tour, it did make certain aspects of the tour feel rushed. Other than that, it was a cool tour. Wishes we had more time to just look at everything because there is so much to see but still had an amazing time. Highly recommend if you're into the haunted and supernatural.

Yelp
It's a fun museum full of interesting historical artifacts. I'm not a believer but went with a believer friend since it was spooky season. I still found the exhibits intriguing. Zak has always been kind of comically full of himself, like a South Park character in real life, so you'll see tons of him on the tour, but it just adds to the campy atmosphere. Tour guides were efficient and accommodating when I needed to use the girls room halfway through. I think it's a worthwhile stop but not the type of museum you'd want to go back to repeatedly. I only docked one star because there is an unpleasant security guard on staff who thinks he's running a prison yard. He barked at us for parking in the wrong spot when there are no signs indicating the correct places to park. Signage should be utilized to avoid confusion like this. Started our evening poorly, but the museum made up for itself.

Yelp
*** RIP TOUR IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESIBLE*** - Their website states all lover levels are accessible and accommodations will be made to view the upper levels. ( The accommodations are viewing a walkthrough on an iPad, which I do think should be disclaimed on their website.) But actually that's not even true, because they do not have a video to view their basement. So they are charging full price for a disabled person to not even get to experience their full museum. The fact they haven't rectified this after being open for almost 10 years is disgusting. *** BE PREPARED TO ENTER AN HOUR AFTER YOUR RESERVATION *** - Had a reservation at 3, didn't enter till 4:30. Had to leave at 6 because there was still "over an hour left" and I had reservations elsewhere. This isn't a one off either BTW, because I came here with friends in June 2019 and we also had to call and move reservations because the tour started so late. This business clearly does not value their customer's time, considering the same issue exists 6 years later. The tour itself is cool. And the guides are incredibly knowledgeable, which is why I added the stars. But I can't recommend this business to anyone based on what I've experienced. Attached some photos of my texts with timestamps about my experience. I've also filed a complaint with the ADA, so hopefully they can fix their accommodations.

Yelp
The museum itself was incredible--super detailed, immersive, and the 2.5-hour guided tour really flew by. Definitely one of the most unique experiences in Vegas! That said, my only complaint was the smell in the rooms. Each space had this strange burnt maple/popcorn scent combined with fog machine haze, and with the lack of airflow in some of the smaller rooms, it became overwhelming. Everyone in my group ended up with a headache from the air more than the scares. Still, it was an amazing experience overall, and I'd recommend it--just wish the ventilation and scents were adjusted so guests could enjoy it more comfortably.

Yelp
Absolutely Bone-Chilling - A Must-Do Paranormal Experience in Vegas! My group of four adults booked the RIP Experience at Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum, and we were not disappointed. At $89 per person, it's well worth the money for anyone even mildly interested in the paranormal or the macabre. The RIP package includes a lanyard you must wear during the tour and gives you access to exclusive areas like The Demon Room, The Dybbuk Box Room, and the Ritual Rooms "The Basement"-- all of which added an intense, immersive layer to the experience. The tour lasted a little over two hours, and my best piece of advice is: wear comfortable shoes. There's quite a bit of walking and standing. My husband, who has had bilateral knee replacement surgery, managed just fine, though his feet were sore afterward (his fault for not wearing better shoes!). Common Complaints Found Online - Not an Issue for Us! Before visiting, I read reviews complaining about the smoke effects and the incense smell throughout the museum. Personally, I found the incense to be a meaningful touch, as they've been historically used to ward off evil spirits -- which seems entirely appropriate for this place. Another complaint I saw was that the tour was too long. I respectfully disagree. If I'm paying nearly $90, I want to get my money's worth -- and in this case, we absolutely did and more! I also saw some complaints about the heat. Our tour was at 7:30 PM, and the temperature was actually perfect. Sure, it's Vegas, so it's hot outside, but the museum itself was comfortable. The Atmosphere - Creepy, Compelling, and Completely Unique The hosts were phenomenal, professional, knowledgeable, kind, funny, and fully in character. The museum itself is packed with creepy artifacts, haunted objects, and truly disturbing exhibits. The life-sized clowns in particular were unsettling -- their eyes looked incredibly realistic. I couldn't stop staring in disbelief, while my husband literally refused to make eye contact with them. The antique dolls and other haunted relics throughout the museum really helped drive home the unsettling atmosphere. If you're into dark history, hauntings, or the paranormal, this is a 100% must-do in Vegas. A Small Complaint ( more just an observation) The only downside to our visit was one male staff member outside who was organizing the groups. When I politely asked if there was a restroom available while we waited, he snapped back, "No, you have to wait until you go inside." His delivery was unnecessarily rude, and it seemed like he was more interested in flirting with a group of women in line than doing his job. Not a dealbreaker -- just a moment of poor customer service in an otherwise amazing experience. Bonus: The Gift Shop The gift shop at the end was a fun way to decompress after the intense tour. My favorite part? The cleansing crystal chair with a sign inviting you to sit and "cleanse yourself" -- a thoughtful and light-hearted way to close out a night filled with ghosts, spirits, and serial killer memorabilia. Final Verdict: - Worth every penny. Intense, well-organized, and unforgettable. Just wear good shoes and brace yourself, this isn't your average haunted house.

Yelp
This place has a potential to be a five star, but I did notice that we did the RIP and we were rushed through the museum. I'm expecting it. We're paying $200 to visit Zac's museum, it is to explore and have fun ...which I would've liked to take a little bit more time viewing all the items that Zac does have in the museum. The employees were awesome good storytellers very patient with the group. They were on time with the stories that were telling and the rooms that they're presenting. Oh, and one more little rent that I have is when you pay for the RIP means you get like special rooms you get to go in that the people who did not pay RIP get to see. When we did go see the RIP we barely even had time to do anything. It was just walk in and come out as they had mentioned because we needed to move on with the tour (200.00 bucks and to get moved asking little doogie ). I get it Zac needs to make his money. on a good note it was fun. It was interesting. It is a must see, if anything I would say don't get the RIP but if you're curious to know, what's in the RIP go for it. Have fuuuun stay creepy!

Yelp
Awesome place to visit. Definitely recommend getting the VIP tour! You get to see a ton of artifacts up close. Felt a bit rushed tho, a lot of standing and watching videos. Make sure you're wearing comfy shoes

Yelp
This review is LONG overdue as I have been here a handful of times. With Halloween being my absolute favorite holiday, and being I've seen just about every scary movie, scary documentary and it takes a VILLAGE to scare me, I was thoroughly impressed by this museum and there is SO many things that are chilling stuffed into this little mansion it may be impossible to see everything even if you worked there! It is a guided tour with the tour guides switching spots as you go along. It's well worth the tickets because there is SO much real scary things with a crazy story behind them to look at and I love how they give you a little time to check out everything in the room read the information on it etc. but don't take too long because it's very dark in there and you do not want to accidentally get left behind or lost from your group! There are some rooms that they actually will give you a heads up you do NOT have to go in this room if you are too scared because some people on the tour have been known to mysteriously pass out or get nauseous from fear. I decided to get my moneys worth and go check out any and every room. I will say picking up that energy that place is haunted as SHIT! There was only a couple rooms that gave me actual goosebumps because I mentioned before I'm hard to scare and that would be the serial killer room, and the Edward Gein room with his real cauldron that made me have an inexplainable nausea just being around it. That being said this place is NOT for the faint of heart. If you get scared easy don't even think about it but if you like to have a little scary fun I couldn't recognize it more it's WONDERFULLY done from detail to detail Zak Bagans really put his everything into making this place as epic as it is and he did absolutely wonderful and blew any other haunted museums I've been to out of the water! Tips? I have a couple protection crystals in my pocket juuuust in case on top of NOT touching anything once they open those doors and let you in and they mean it! (Hence the waiver and sign) there is also a little bowl in one of the rooms you can leave offerings so I make sure I leave a crystal just in case. I've seen people leave money, pictures, coins, random things so I do that to protect myself to not get followed home! I will absolutely return here yet again once spooky season starts it is THAT good! An absolute must see if you're a Halloween gal or guy!

Yelp
This was recommend on trying when visiting Vegas. You can take the monorail to the Sahara Station but it's going to be a long walk so it's best to drive). Plenty of parking at the museum. There's no filming nor photography during the tour (however, security say if you let them know in advance...you might but not too sure) This museum is known to be haunted. A lot of people don't believe it since they can't see what they can't see. Tickets are either general or RIP and the tour ends in 2 hours. RIP is double the general admission but it includes additional perks: you get to explore more sections of the house (including the option to get close to the haunted items). There is a Ghost Tour (cost $204) where you explore the house alone in the dark and with nothing but a flashlight and device to hear spirits. First time and did the RIP. You go in a group and is given a tour guide and will switch at certain section. Tour guide is knowledgeable on explaining different items and will give warning about certain items. It's so worth it because you get to explore more sections of the haunted museum and interact with certain haunted items including (spoiler alert): narrow tunnel, Peggy the doll, haunted rocking chair and haunted box and so much more. At end of the tour, there's a gift shop. RIP gets a free t-shirt at end of tour. Overall, definitely trying out. If you are fan of horror or spooky things, do RIP. Next time would do the ghost tour

Yelp
I enjoyed the 10 o'clock tour yesterday while I was in Las Vegas been wanting to do this for a while. Glad I was able to do so. I found it very interesting and informative. I could recommend this tour very much.

Yelp
I have been wanting to do this exhibit for years, I used to religiously watch ghost adventures when I was younger. I absolutely has a blast doing this, I will say as soon as our group stepped foot into the actual house side of the place, I got a very heavy feeling in the forst room and again when we got to go into the basement. We did the RIP package and its definitely worth it if you want to learn a little more about some of the exhibits inside, and if you already planned on buying a t shirt why not! My biggest complaint was the group sizes - we had 12 people in our group which was far too many to fit into at least half of the rooms we were in. It also made any chance to really take a look at things and spend time in the rooms feel cut off and short because I was just worried about letting everyone else have a chance to see it too before we had to move on to the next room. The tour guides were all amazing, we had a great time overall and was very glad for the experience. A little bummed I didnt see anything paranormal occur but apparently it just wasn't our day!

Yelp
Cool Artifacts, But the Crowd & Guide Took Away the Scare Factor Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum was a fun experience overall, with lots of authentic and creepy artifacts on display. It's definitely packed with interesting items if you're into the paranormal. That said, it was way too crowded to feel anything intense or immersive. The energy was kind of lost in the shuffle. On top of that, our guide kept trying way too hard to be funny, which really took away from the spooky vibe we were hoping for. It felt more like a forced comedy tour than a haunted experience. The tour lasted about 2.5 hours, and they do offer a nighttime flashlight version that might be better if you want a quieter, creepier setting. At the end, they gave us a free t-shirt, which was a nice surprise. Good experience--but next time, I'd go at a less busy time and hope for a guide who lets the museum speak for itself. Oh and there's No photo taking inside the Museum.

Yelp
I am a lover of all things horror and spooky so I was sooo excited to check this out. It was advertised as a 3 hour tour with no breaks so I knew what i was getting into but I still wound up getting thirsty and there's only one room to sit in, but I digress. My bf and I were back and forth about getting the upgraded RIP pass but figured it was a little too expensive. We wound up being the only people in our group that didn't get it and there are specific rooms/experiences that only the RIP people could do so we did feel a bit left out. The tour was a bit a long, I'm curious if they could do a shortened tour and then the full tour for the RIP group. I felt like while they did highlight on a lot of the artifacts, there were still a ton we were just ushered past. Our tour guide seemed knowledgeable and was nice. Their scent pods weren't great though and they were so strong, even the tour guide commented on them. Overall, it was interesting and a good way to spend the afternoon.

Yelp
This was the most amazing, fun experience I have had, I am a big Ghost Adventures fan and this was everything I was expecting it to be. There were several clown statues outside the entrance that looked real and we thought they moved. For 2 hours, I enjoyed touring creepy rooms, with morbid and disturbing history, possessed and haunted artifacts that were real and were not replicas. There were a lot of people there for the tour and we knew it was going to be good. You can take pictures in the lobby/entrance only, but not in the museum. We purchased the regular admission tickets, the RIP tickets give you extra perks and tours in a dark basement where you can hear spirit voices. A woman in our group had her hair pulled while on the tour, she didn't stick around that long after that. The tour was put together very well, the tour guides were knowledgeable, I had asked if Zack Bagans was in the building that day, and they told us he is there almost daily, but missed him that day, bummer....we were hoping to meet him. Each room is very different, I could feel weird energy in some of the rooms like there was a spirit there, the Jack Kevorkian death van room had a dark energy, that room supposedly makes some women faint. There is a camera watching you in every room, they showed us video of some people that got sick on some of the tours due to the haunted and cursed objects. The demonic doll, Peggy, has caused a heart attack and nosebleeds, we were told not to look in her eyes. She spoke a few words through the spirit box, a few in our group with the RIP pass got up close to her face near the glass box she's incased in. The most haunted object in the world, the Dybbuk Box is here also behind glass. The devils rocking chair is hidden behind a door that flies open in a normal looking room. One of the last exhibits is the stairs and dirt from the real demon house in Indiana. There was another exhibit featuring several serial killers, Ted Bundy's bag and ski mask, bone fragments from Charles Manson, ashes and victim paintings from other bad people. Ed Gein and his cauldron are here. There are many more interesting items and a lot of rooms to go through. This museum isn't for the faint of heart, but everything was so thriling, my husband even enjoyed it very much and he's not into this kind of stuff. We will definitely come back and get the RIP tickets next time and go later in the evening.

Yelp
The point of this place is to make you feel unsettled, and at that they succeed brilliantly. The collection is huge, there must be something on the order of 5000 artifacts in here. You would probably need multiple trips to see them all if you were determined. I enjoyed the fact that we had a tour guide who guided our visit and kept us together. I don't know if I believe in this stuff or not, but I definitely needed a minute to get my composure after the tour was over. Plan on spending at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours here depending on how long you wanna look at the gift shop when you're done.

Yelp
This was a really fun surprise for my husband. He took me here for our wedding anniversary. We signed up for the tour and my husband paid for the VIP experience . Our tour guides were great and everything in this exhibit was pretty cool . I'm not going to speak about authenticity of artifacts I don't know and I don't have any proof which way I'm from Los Angeles originally, so Sharon Tate and Charles Manson are not new to me, but I will say seeing her wedding dress in the same building of his ashes just made my heart sink. Authentic or not it did make me really sad. There are some rooms in there that are really hard to go into in stomach such as a torture rooms, but I think that's part of the draw to these kind of places The only thing I can say is if you're asthmatic like I am before warned that they use deep foggy machines in there and heavy essential oils that smell like mildew and mold or something I'm not sure I wasn't aware of how much air contaminants were in this building until I was in and had to keep stepping away because it was difficult to breathe so unfortunately for me this is a one and done thing because of my own personal health conditioning Still glad I got to see it

Yelp
So, this wasn't a place I would typically go to, but the wife wanted to check it out. They don't allow pictures once inside the museum, so you will have to go and check it out yourself. There was allot of stuff to see inside, all kinds of artifacts of haunted things and serial killer artifacts. It was laid out well, and the guides were excellent. The place is much larger than I thought it was going to be. We didn't do the RIP, maybe next time. Even if you don't believe in this stuff, you probably won't want to provoke the negative energy. There were some super creepy haunted artifacts like the Dybbuk box and Kevorkian's Van. Ed Gain's Iron Cauldron, were especially creepy. Even if you don't believe in ghosts the history behind some of this stuff is just straight up creepy sad, horrifying. I almost got good scare in the clown room, where an evil clown popped out of the wall and brushed my back, however I thought it was my wife until I looked back, so instead I had a good laugh. In one of the rooms, actually a hallway in front of the basement, a lady in the group said she felt someone pulling her hair while the guide was talking. Like she got really creeped out, and then didn't want to go into some of the other rooms later. All in all it was a fun experience and I can recommend it, especially if you are into this kind of stuff. The only negative was the place was severely fragranced, a lot of artificial smoke too. They could tone that back a little. Also, there wasn't really any place to sit, so you will be standing in line then again for another couple hours inside. Just be aware.

Yelp
We did the RIIP all access tour and it was worth it! The artifacts, videos, and everything was interesting to learn about. **Be aware the tour is roughly 2 hours long! Thankfully we didn't have anything else planned but they did not tell us that before we bought the tickets! **

Yelp
Zak Bagans The Haunted Museum, I can finally check this off my bucket list. We did the VIP tour so it gets you through a few more rooms. This has been somewhere I've been wanting to visit for years since it opened up I've been watching ghost adventures since October 17, 2008 when they came out. This museum has so many haunted objects and artifacts, things from serial killers and more to see. I don't know if anybody else felt anything, but I sure did walking through certain rooms and places my name was even called in the basement, which was a little frightening. All the haunted items gave me some sort of feeling I felt nauseous and dizzy the entire time. I definitely felt presence within certain rooms that made me feel very uneasy, but not in a bad way, in a way where I could definitely just feel something. I might be a little sensitive when it comes to these things because I've been haunted since I was a little girl. I've experienced so many supernatural things so I've always been very fascinated by the supernatural and how serial killers can do what they do and hurt people. It's just mind boggling. I highly recommend coming here if you are interested in these type of things or just curious. Certain rooms and different objects that really made me feel something. I could feel some sort of evil spirits and presence around definitely in the lower areas of the tour. Ashley was our first tour guide, she was awesome. All the tour guides were amazing and explained everything, they had TVs with Zak explaining the object and things that happened. Each room was very unique and certain rooms made me feel very weird. In the presence of the demon chair, I definitely felt drawn to it like it wanted me to touch it same with the Dybbuk Box. Even though it was protected and safe within a glass box and another glass box with protection writing, I still felt like I was drawn to it. It felt like it wanted me to touch it or like it certain items were watching me. I've had a lot of scary experiences as a kid and growing up seeing supernatural things and things that's happened to myself and my family. So it's something I'm drawn to and fascinated by. Always been interested wanting to understanding the supernatural. Coming here was the most amazing experience for me. You can't take any pictures inside, so I only got the pictures on the outside. Even if you're not into the supernatural, this place is very intriguing to walk through and see all the different artifacts and things that's happened around the world with serial killers or our history of supernatural things that's happened. At one point I haven't felt like I was gonna fall over my legs were giving out from pain, but I made it through. It's a very long tour, but so worth it! I really wanna come back here again. Ghost adventures is my all-time favorite show. I watch it every night religiously I know that sounds ridiculous but I love this show, sometime's I also can't find anything I haven't seen. If you've never seen Ghost Adventures. I highly recommend you check it out on the travel channel, I've watched every single episode more than once. Zak thank you for opening up this incredible museum for us all to visit and see. I wish you and your crew were there so I can thank you and tell you how much I appreciate your show and this amazing museum. Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley, you guys are awesome and my absolute favorite show ever. I really enjoyed my tour. Thank you so very much and your team is amazing. Have the most beautiful supernatural day, share kindness to everyone :) Had to edit sorry lol Aloha

Yelp
I have been to this place and it is absolutely phenomenal. I also watched a show on TV. When I own my business as a concierge and sat on the board of the Southern, Nevada concierge associate, they gave us complementary tickets. I was absolutely impressed with this place and the layout. It was very well put together, and the show of entertainment was choreographed amazingly Look out for the midgets lol it is so damn scary. You'll know what I mean when you get there and it happens. I would go here 1 million more times phenomenal phenomenal place highly suggested The only sad part is they don't give the concierge's discount anymore and we're the ones that send the people to them But that's OK cause this place is phenomenal. Highly recommend it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it.

Yelp
The Haunted Museum totally exceeded my expectations! This place is massive and, at two hours long, the tours are comprehensive and informative. Zak's collection is huge and each room is elaborately themed. Our group had tons of fun and left feeling intrigued and a little spooked. Minus one star due to the fact we bought tickets for a 4 p.m. tour and weren't allowed entry until 5 p.m., but after seeing how they stagger the groups, I do understand why.

Yelp
Alison was our tour guide and for her working there for only 3 months, I must say she did a wonderful job! You can tell how comfortable and compassionate she is with her job - which I highly respect especially working at an environment like this. The tour started later than planned (more than 40 minutes) because we were waiting for 3 other guests to come but only 1 guest arrived and because it was the last showing of the night - the other guest wouldn't be able to join the next group. The experience was pretty cool. I love all the background stories of the show cases they got on display. None of the other guests nor myself felt anything or experienced anything out of the ordinary - I guess we got very lucky! They need to chill on the smoke machine - that thing was over whelming with smell and heavy on the lungs - which caused both me and my friend to feel light headed in the hallways. I wished Zak Bagans was there on July 4; that would've been an amazing opportunity to meet the founder of this museum. Would've been an honor listening to him live in person narrating everything.

Yelp
I went yesterday with my daughter and it was really cool. There is SO much to see and it's a guided tour that takes about 2 and 1/2 hours. We got the upgraded experience and it was worth it you get to see some extra stuff and go into areas you don't normally get to look at. They even have a sideshow guy who swallows swords! Tour guides were awesome Josh was so great and knowledgeable. Def worth a stop!

Yelp
This place is weird and creepy and fun. You need to come with an open mind to explore and experience this museum of haunted oddities and historic artifacts. Your guide takes you through various rooms of interesting and unique items and tells you fantastic stories. This is a good 2 hour experience. I want to come back and do the VIP tour next time as there were some items they hold back from the regular tour. Awesome experience.

Yelp
Prices were reasonable for the basic tickets but picking up your tickets and checking in they try to upgrade you to the RIP tour for $30 more. The tour is a guide brings you from room to room while Zack talks on a television screen about his museum. (Basically if you've seen the haunted Museum you've seen the majority of the physical museum) They usher you from room to room quickly, and make the RIP people priority (they mix the RIP with the basic ticket tour) which is off putting while you wait for them to view an extra room. The staff are very friendly and they provide a gift shop at the end. Warning, the whole mansion is filled with burning incense and smoke machines.

Ally M.

Yelp
If you are at all sensitive to anything super natural or auras or energies, be very careful here. My husband and I upgraded to the RIP (vip, basically) that gives you additional rooms but they are heavy as heck. The negative energy followed me home and o had to cleanse my house and sleep with a quartz crystal. The one thing I did not like is the small fun house jump scare room.

Yelp
We had an appointment at 6:30 pm. On multiple occasions we had to wait for absurdly long amounts of time just to be eventually be led into a different waiting area! That happened 4 times!! We finally started the actual tour after 7:30. And then when you get in, it's more like a Halloween themed high school play. They tell you not to smoke when you get in but the whole place is filled with smoke! They keep showing footage of tour guests collapsing but I promise it's just because it's so hard to breathe in there. A couple people couldn't handle the air inside and were visibly struggling during the whole tour. Another chick fell asleep and asked to leave halfway through because she couldn't stay awake! Zak Bagans annoying lifeless monotone monologues explaining every item in excruciating detail is unskippable. He will bore you to tears over and over again. If you didn't hate Zak Bagans before this, you will after. Also a lot of the "haunted items" have really dumb, unbelievable Back stories. "And here we have John Wayne Gacey's neighbor's shoebox! One tour guest touched it and got a headache, and afterwards they were never seen again!" Snooze fest! As an avid believer of ghosts and a fan of the supernatural, I left this experience believing in them less, with a new found hatred for Zak Bagans for luring me into this six hour long extricating tour of the annoying and underwhelming. I farted on the Dybbuk box and nothing happened. Fr maybe ghosts aren't real after all.

Yelp
This was fun! If you have problems with small spaces , be prepared. They a/c in some areas was not working correctly. Our 1st tour guide acted bored , just like reading from a script. Our appointment time was 1:30-2:00. We were on time , still waited over an hour (outside) . They have about 12 people for each tour . Some areas are way too small for that many people. It is fun and interesting, they just need to not have so many people in a group , fix the a/c and maybe not have tours every hour if you can't stay on schedule. Also need time to read the info provided on the displays . Lots of really interesting, amazing and cool things . Brittany was our last guide and she was SO amazing !!

Yelp
Good - Once your tour begins everything is well run and the tour guides are great. The exhibits inside have a huge variety so there is something there for everyone. Bad - There are two outdoor waiting areas. The first is the main line before they group you together for your tour. As this is on the side of the building, it is chaotic and no order. Fellow customers have zero respect for arrival order and just push their way to the front so you end up waiting out iron the side of the building even longer because the people that cut in line have now taken your spot in the tour group. The workers outside are around the corner in the group area so there is no oversight into this waiting area and people just selfishly gaslight you to pretend they were there first, so unless you want to get into a huge altercation, there is nothing to be done as verbally telling people you were there first means nothing. Our original 15 minute wait turned into am almost 40 because people were aggressive to pretend they were there first. Once you are in the group waiting area, there aren't a lot of places to sit, so you are now outside in a new area for 15 to 30 minutes. Finally when you make it inside the lobby you now pay for your tickets and then you are standing there for another 15 to 30 minutes with no place to sit or move around as it is tiny in there. For all of these waits, this place would benefit from more oversight into their waiting process as workers have authority to refuse entry to enforce line orders instead of leaving it up to customers where your options are an actual fight to have your rightful place in line or just letting the line cutting happen. For the actual tour, my main criticism is there are very few rest points which is very difficult for those that have injuries or other limitations where they need the occasional break. Additionally, for customers that are bigger (tall or weight), there are some places where it is very snug and it is very difficult to walk through without hugging the wall or ducking or risk knocking over all of the exhibits. While nothing can be done for space, there should be some warnings giving before paying an entrance fee to give customers the chance to decide to try it or not. Overall, the actual place is worth the visit, but it seems your experience before starting will depend on your fellow customers.

Yelp
This is my second visit to the museum (the first being many years ago) and I have mixed feelings about it this time. There is a lot of new and exciting content, and it's definitely a more interactive experience than it was before. I also sprang for the RIP tour this time, so we got a more in-depth tour with more rooms and opportunities to engage with the exhibits. While it's abundantly clear that Zack Bagans curated his museum carefully and put a lot of thought into the presentation and content of the exhibits, I do have some complaints. Overall, I still think it's a fun experience and worth the money, but I'd like to outline some things that I really feel like they should disclose. First of all, the heavy use of scents in some of the rooms. The tour guide said it wasn't incense, but many of the rooms were very heavily scented with various fragrances. While I understand adding to the immersion and ambience, some people are very sensitive to scents and should be warned before they choose to attend. A few people in our tour group had to leave partway through the tour because they were having allergic reactions to the fragrances, and I honestly felt so bad for them because it was clear they had no idea. Second of all-- the jump scares. This isn't a haunted house, it's a museum, and I don't feel like having scare actors added anything to the tour besides anxiety. I felt unfairly targeted by three (three!) unexpected jump scares that genuinely frightened me and definitely left me in a state of heightened anxiety that made it hard to enjoy the rest of my tour. I feel that they kept targeting me because I was obviously terrified, and I wish they had stopped with one scare I could've laughed off and gotten over. Regardless of how you feel about jump scares (and I know some people love them!), this information should be disclosed before the tour so people can make their own decisions. I probably would have gone anyway, but at least I would've been informed and anticipating it. Overall, I do recommend it, but I wish that the waiver or pre-tour announcements had been more informative about the experience. I enjoyed the exhibits and the care that the tour guides took to explain them, but I was shaken and distressed for half the tour once the jump scares started. It took away from my experience and I felt blindsided on what I thought would be an interesting and educational paranormal museum tour.

Yelp
Wow went to the the haunted museum today and I'm speechless. I mean... there's some really really scary, creepy stuff in there. Is not just a fascinating and scary place but it's also a feeling. Being in there you feel things. There are many great exhibits and rooms, he really did a great job collecting historical artifacts and putting it all together. Warning... this is not for the faint of heart... just going to leave it there. Do I recommend it?... yes , but be prepared, it will send chills down your spine. There's not photos or video allowed pass the lobby (which I showed) so you'll have to go and experience it in person. The museum is located in DTLV, has plenty of parking, and the staff was magnificent!

Yelp
My nephews and I started watching Ghost Adventures years ago, so when my sister and I were in Vegas this week, this museum was a must. At first, we were going to just do the regular tour, but when they mentioned the extras, we thought 'why not?'. Very happy we sprang for the RIP experience. There is so much to see and they sure do not skimp on content or time. With the RIP tour, we spent over 2.5 hours there. There is a definite creepy factor in many of the rooms and some of what you see could be disturbing for some. They actually have everyone take an oath before entering the museum, because there is some pretty crazy stuff in there. One girl in our group covered her ears a few times, and a few decided not to enter some of the doll or devilish exhibits. We loved it. There is so much to see and some of the content is fascinating. There is one section dedicated to killers, which had Manson items, as well as artifacts from John Wayne Gacy and Ted Bundy. Seeing the Jack Kevorkian van was pretty neat, too. We felt it was well worth what we paid. Other tours, like Studio Tours in Los Angeles, are more costly and don't have nearly as much content or are as long and fascinating (sorry, had to use that word again) as this museum. Would definitely recommend if you watch his shows as some items were featured on them, like Peggy the doll; and if you are a fan of scary or creepy content, you'll enjoy it. No photos are allowed once you enter the museum. Sort of a bummer, because there are some really awesome items on display. Im guessing it's to keep the flow moving. We thoroughly enjoyed it and just wish my nephews could have been there to take the tour, too. p.s.One of the RIP perks is a T Shirt. I wore mine for the plane ride home today and the TSA agent asked what I thought of the tour. He's been four times!

Yelp
If you're into the creepy/occult and all things horror, and if you're a believer in ghosts, superstitions, and mysteries, you're going to love this place. My husband is a skeptic (seemingly the only skeptic in our tour group), but he was still entertained. I'm not sure if I believe in ghosts, but I definitely don't NOT believe in them. I felt so spooked during this tour and I had to sleep with the lights on in my hotel for two nights afterwards lol, so it got me good! The house has a dark history as it was used for rituals in the past. And it's filled to the brim with artifacts with scary or grim associations. Some of the coolest rooms were the room with Dr. Kevorkian's death van, the room with Peggy the Doll (the sound of the EVP machine in the room was SO SPOOKY), and the Dybbuk box room (from all the hype about it being the most cursed object). I think the general admission was a really good value because the tour is over 2 hours long. There was so much to see in the museum and I was impressed. We were the only two in our tour group of 13 who didn't opt to upgrade to the RIP tour, but we personally didn't feel we missed out on too much by not upgrading. There are a few more rooms you get to go into with the RIP tour pass (e.g. the basement where rituals took place) and a couple of things you get to get a closer look at (e.g. the rocking chair), but all in all the RIP tour group were exploring on their own for only like a minute each time and maybe 5 minutes in the basement. So don't think you won't be able to enjoy yourself without the upgrade! I don't think I've ever been to anything quite like Zac Bagans Haunted Museum. I've been to the Museum of Death in LA, the Queen Mary, and the Whaley House, and this definitely has the biggest collection and most thorough tour. Very glad I decided to spend an evening in Vegas here, because it was an unforgettably unique experience.

Yelp
I'm a non-believer, but I love everything spooky and eerie, so I was excited to check out this haunted museum tour. It ended up being one of the longer tours I've ever been on at just over 2 hours. The extended time was likely due to the crowded night from the October rush. We had to wait around in several rooms while the group ahead of us finished. What was great about this place was that it was like stepping into a massive curio cabinet filled with oddities, all of which were gifted, purchased, or collected by Zak. The spooky vibes were definitely on point, with everything from possessions to serial killers covered. And the house? So much larger and more maze-like than its unassuming exterior led me to believe. Now, onto a few things they could improve: * More seating, please! There was only ONE room with chairs at the beginning talking about possessions, but for the rest of the tour, we were standing and walking for over two hours. For anyone in the group with knee or back issues, this was rough and extremely painful. * Get better scent pods! They've got "signature" scents for each section of the museum to help enhance the experience, but honestly, the whole place just smelled like a giant funeral home (which I guess works in that sense). Those "popcorn" and "cigar" scents? Not even close. The scent pods were so strong they stuck in my nose for the rest of the night. My dinner that evening with parsley just smelled like the museum. * Tour guide consistency was lacking. Different guides handled various parts of the tour, which disrupted the flow and made it feel less personable. I'd prefer a more seamless experience with one guide throughout. * They offered an "RIP" VIP experience, which we didn't opt for, but most of our group did. It wasn't an extended tour, just a few extra rooms to explore while the rest of us peasants stood around the same room waiting for them. It felt like an elitist class separation moment. Why not extend their experience later and keep the rest of us moving? I know I'd be disappointed if I'd paid extra for how they handled that. * Lastly, while there were plenty of oddities, a lot of it felt like random antiques with no real backstory or significance. It would've been nice to have more context instead of just filling corners with "creepy" objects. It was an overall fun experience, but the spookiest part of the evening was the back and leg pain I felt leaving the place. It's worth a visit, but be ready for a long walk and some overpowering scents.

Ciera L.

Yelp
It felt really submersive and that we got our $'s worth for sure! Overall we were there about 3 hours. If I had to say something negative, some of the smells are a bit strong and a lot of fog/mist at times. Sometimes the volume was a bit loud too and could be turned down a touch. Otherwise, we enjoyed it! Afterwards, we actually found ourselves in the middle of a lightning storm (surrounded our car). Not sure if it's because we gazed into a dolls eyes, or saw the dybbuk box, or if it was coincidence. Either way, I'm going to be sage-ing myself

Yelp
The museum was huge with more items and stories than I could retain. I purchased the RIP experience. I do recommend this highly on what to do in Vegas!

Yelp
Took the RIP Tour 6/23/2025 with so much eager and excitement, was DEFINITELY worth the wait and worth the experience for Ghost Adventure fans like myself! If you do take the tour, ask for Ashley, she was fantastic and definitely made the tour one to remember and won't be the last time I go!

Yelp
Ok! So let me start by saying I am not a fan of horror. I feel I would be remiss to the readers if I left that part out. So please by all means if you are indeed a huge horror fan take this review with a grain of salt. I want to be provide a fair review and limit my personal bias. So here it is: The Positive- It was clear to me that there was a lot of time and resources but into the design of this home and some rooms of the home were very high end. There was a lot of information, not sure how much was actually real but hey that for you to decide for yourself. The Negative- The biggest thing for me was that our tour started late. I mean very late, like 2 hours. This was a major problem for our trip as some of our group had other things planned. Some people lost money as a result. As you can imagine this put a damper on things from the beginning. Not great! I think you guys should really find a better way to manage the timing of groups. It's not fair to paying customers and can be a major problem in a city like Vegas. Also, I was not expecting the tour to be so extremely guided the way it was. I just wasn't a fan of the formatting, again a personal thing on my part. This is a LONG tour, in fact some of our party ended up having to leave the tour about half way through just because of the unexpected length of the tour, and not to beat a dead horse, but when you start multiple hours later than planned, yea you get it! All and all, I honestly would not recommend this experience to anyone I love and care about. I know it is highly liked in some circles, and I say great more power to them. It's just a "no" for me. I'm good love, enjoy!

Yelp
Did the RIP tour and it was so much fun. I think our guide was named Emily? I might be wrong but she was amazing very kind and interactive. There's so much to see and experience our tour took about 2.5 hours so wear comfy shoes. The scents are used heavily in this museum so be aware I suffer from migraines and it was a bit much for me as I'm sensitive to certain scents. Overall I really enjoyed the experience it was very spooky especially the basement that RIP tour members get to go in. We got our tshirts at the end as a nice little souvenir for the tour. If you're a fan of ghost adventures or anything spooky you'll enjoy this experience.

Yelp
Zak, you are a marketing genius. The Haunted Museum is a vibe. I've been watching Ghost Adventures since 2010, so this museum was super enjoyable for me and my group. The dim lighting throughout threw me off. Take note if you are unable to see very well in low lighting. The museum is a thoughtfully designed experience. Your tour guide moves you from room to room. Some exhibits have a video introduction, some do not. We ultimately decided on GA access and I felt like it was worth the money. The full tour took about 2.5 hours or so. They move you through quite fast so you're unable to read all the memorabilia captions and stuff. There are some creepy items throughout. They have a crystal chair at the end of the tour that you can sit in to cleanse you of bad energies or attachments. I will say as much as I enjoyed the museum, I was l a bit disappointed in the quality of items for sale at the gift shop. For the money, I would've liked to see higher quality merch (I.e. shirts that used higher quality & soft fabrics) or at least merch with better designs.

Yelp
Went on a whim on Sunday and couldn't recommend more! The tour was 2.5 hours (as advertised) of pure fun. The location is huge at 15k square feet and broken up into rooms that each have their own interesting theme and stories. Our tour guide (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was excellent and made for a memorable experience. Learned a few things, had a few jump scares, and would highly recommend for anyone with an interest in the macabre!

Yelp
If you have 3 hours to spare, I'd say take the tour! I won't go into detail but the museum has so many cool and spooky items in there! You can stream the show "The Haunted Museum" on MAX and it will tell you in detail the story behind many of the items that are featured in the museum. I highly recommend watching before or after your visit. It's quite interesting! At the end of the tour there is a crystal chair you can sit on to cleanse any negative energies that may have attached to you to ensure you don't bring any spirits home with you! ;)

Yelp
Definitely a great place to visit, unfortunately tho during our tour it felt very rushed. The tour guides were informative and friendly. I didn't like the fact that the RIP tour is with regular tours but overall still enjoyed are visit.

Yelp
First time ever doing anything like this and I can say it was a thrill from the beginning to end this spot leaves you terrified and thinking of all the scary things that happen. I'm a big time scary movie fan from slashers to possessions I enjoy them all and I can say I was a little scared in here especially when my phone turned on by itself in one of the rooms that really creeped me out also feeling a push on my shoulder while in the room with the devils rocking chair. I think next time I will be doing the RIP just to see what I missed 10/10 if you're into this kinda stuff.

Yelp
This haunted museum is AMAZING! This tour is worth every penny! We upgraded our package to All Access pass so we got an even longer Haunted tour and received a Zak Bangan's T-shirt. All the haunted rooms were very detailed and our tour guide KJ was so friendly and informative on everything we were viewing. So glad my family and I checked this off our list of "must dos" in Vegas this year.
