I went in the early afternoon and was served by Florencio. He was friendly, attentive, and really listened to my preferences before recommending a few tapas. He made sure i felt welcomed and comfortable, and even encouraged good conversation throughout the visit. I ordered several dishes, and every one of them was excellent. The marinated olives truly stood out and were unlike any I’ve had at other restaurants.

Food was lovely with great flavours. Server Jeshua was speedy with drinks orders, although food took some time to come. Would come back for the food :) Atmosphere not great as they sat us in a corner on a table with very limited leg room despite better tables being available. Needs a railing on the staircase!

TLDR: 100% worth a visit, the sea bass ceviche changed my sister’s life. My sister forced us to come to Seville just to try the sea bass ceviche, and it did not disappoint. It was so good we went back a second time during our trip, and everything was excellent both visits. Highly recommend the sea bass ceviche, tuna tartare (my favourite), false risotto and the rice pudding. Our server, Jesus Feorencio, was amazing — super friendly, helpful and unfazed by us constantly adding more dishes. Having him definitely made the experience even better.

The staff member Florencio provided exceptionally kind and attentive service. All of the dishes that were recommended were delicious. The food had clean, well-balanced flavors, and I would highly recommend this place. The service was also extremely friendly and welcoming.

Wow wow wow Stumbled across this place accidentally on a walk around town I would thoroughly recommend this place. Amazing service. They could show pictures of all the food if you had any questions. Would recommend the steak tartar, pork cheek doughnut, the Ox tail & their twist on patatas bravas

We started waiting outside the restaurant around 7:20 PM (10 minutes before opening) and good thing we did because a small line started forming soon enough, and it seemed that much of the tables were booked in advance. We ordered the following for a party of 3: - Sea Bass Ceviche - Iberian Ham Croquettes - Pork cheeks donut - Oxtail - Fake risotto Note: many of the reviews mentioned the oxtail donut, but when we went it seems that they had changed the donut to be made of pork and instead had a separate menu item for oxtail (not donut version). Ceviche - really interesting and not what I expected. It came in a large dish and the fish pieces were suspended in a cold, light foam that seemed to be made of an egg mixture although I can’t be sure. The flavor profile was tangy and sour, which could be a bit polarizing. If you like sour things, go for it, if you don’t, maybe stay away. Croquettes - honestly really good. The interior was creamy and thick and the ham flavor cut through well. It also came on a little piggy plate which was very cute. Pork donut - extremely creative presentation (came in a box stylized like the dunkin’ donuts logo) and looked convincingly like a sweet donut. the outer layer was crispy and inside was flavorful pulled pork. Very enjoyable and easy to share if you slice it into sections. Oxtail - it came in three pieces which was perfect for us. The meat was fall-off the bone tender and the marinade was well-done and not overpowering. If you like oxtail this is wonderfully done. Fake risotto - this dish felt like an illusion, in a good way. The rice grains were bouncy and soft, not the typical grains you’d see in an Italian risotto (maybe this is why they called it “fake”?) and the sauce looked bland since it was pale but was actually extremely umami. The first bite I had, my eyes opened wide and I was like WOW! The orange pieces framing the dish looked like sweet potato but it took a while for me to realize they were actually a sort of mushroom. All in all it was a very overthrow-expectations kind of dish and I wholeheartedly recommend. Extremely fun and creative presentations and delicious tapas, make a reservation or go early!

We got recommended this place by a good friend, especially the ceviche! He wasn’t wrong! Besides that we had the glazed carrots, iberico croquettes, pork cheek tacos and prawn tartar. It was all amazing, especially the prawn tartar 😍 Jesus our waiter was very attentive!

Ceviche, Cod fritters with honey foam were my highlight!! Everything is taken with care, the food is tasty with good quality & very good looking. Many thanks to the whole kind team & especially to Louis Enrique who kept me happy, really nice to meet you! It worths adding your name to the waiting list if you get there.
