I bought some clothes from the store and an employee on the 1st floor said to me, "Arimasu" on my way out.
He/she should be saying Thank you to me, not "Arimasu" which means "do not exist".
That was very offensive and insulting to me, especially when that kind of rude comment comes from a service worker.
I cannot generalize that all the Shipsany employees were rude, but still you must put more effort into employee training.
