Brilliant. A cafe that ticks all the boxes for me, quality of food, friendly service, and an interior design that should be in the architectural digest. Don’t miss stopping off for a coffee, and don’t leave without having a slice of cake.

Came here for a flat white and was amazed by how great the coffee was. I chose the nutty flavoured beans, the coffee turned out super rich nutty, chocolatey in flavour. The temperature was also great. Lovely vibes with nice ambience. Beautiful interiors.

You need to order 1 drink 1 person, if you come with friend and your froend doesnt want to drink coffee they need to wait outside until you finish drink your coffee😂 such a eeird system this is the staff anyway not friendly at all. Cool design but bad service

Ambience was nice and cosy as others mentioned. In fact, the coffee was pretty decent but the service is appalling. We arrived 1hr before closing time and they refused to let us order cakes as they had already put the cakes in the fridge. We wanted to celebrate a friend’s birthday and they would not budge. We could only order drinks. Will not patronize them again.

Terrible service and racist against foreigners, when I wanted to order i was clearly waiting to order, then the young waiter with a black cap take the order of a korean group who clearly arrived after me. I was already angry so I ask the password of wifi so I could wait the big group to order their drink and he dared to told me you have to order first before I can give you the password omg what kind of customer service is that? Then a korean couple arrived after me and they took their order again before me I just left in disappointement. What kind of people work in Puffout? I met lot of koreans they were all friendly except that korean who had small power trip against foreigner ... 0 star if I could!! Avoid like the pest ...
