The staff here were really friendly and helpful. Explaining to me about the fragrances that I was looking at. They tried their best to also explain to me in English about the different promotions they have in store so I really appreciate the effort and gesture.

Great high-end store to shop at! Visitors get a 5% discount plus tax-free benefits. I bought items from Neighborhood, where the male staff provided excellent service. Then I visited Denham twice, and both the young woman and man there were amazing—very helpful and never pushy. Both brands are made in Japan, so if you’re looking for authentic Japanese fashion, Neighborhood and Denham are excellent choices. Plus, there’s no need to line up here—unlike at Human Made, where there’s always a queue!

One of my favorite shopping experiences in Japan. The store is large and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have every brand you want and many you have never heard of or probably even seen. If you enjoy shopping this is your place just be prepared to spend several hours here as it can be overwhelming.

Definitely the best place for menswear in Tokyo. However, service was inconsistent. I had amazing service at Ann Demeulemeester, Wacko Maria & Mihara Yasuhiro etc. but the guys at Neighbourhood were not so friendly

Great spot for mid and high end mens shopping, from cigars to Gucci they have it all. Staff were friendly, stores was clean and organised.. keep up the good work

Located at 3 Chome-14-1 Shinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0022, Japan Open daily from 10.00AM to 08.00PM, and always crowded with visitors all the time. Almost all branded bag, clothes, and cosmetic you can find in this place.

The store has almost all the brands, from international designers to casual wear. This may be the best shop for menswear in Tokyo.

Isetan is probably the best place to shop in terms of department store. It's young, trendy, and selection is amazing. From accessories, international designers, and Independent designers to suite shops and tailor made, they doesn't not only have the varieties, but also the buyers are doing great job by bringing rare pieces. I couldn't find some pieces form Rick Owens and Dries Van Notten in LA but I found them here! They better size selection now as well. I wear large in the US.

Wow, one of the most incredible shopping experiences for a guy - such an incredible collection of clothes. Ranging from sporty casual to denim to suits, this spot had everything for the guy who is particular with his clothes. The customer service is excellent and it's hard to believe someone can visit here and not find something they'd like.
