The staff are nice. The price is reasonable at MX$150, which includes a laundry and drying service with detergent and softener. Approx. 1 hour. Free WiFi is provided, and there is a small corner with a bar table and stools. The amazing thing is that they play Portishead's 'Glory Box' – a good choice! Owner is shoegaze fans ~~

The woman who was managing the place was extremely rude. The washing machines are cold water only (so impossible to get clothes clean actually - I guess they don’t want to pay for hot water). We paid 70 pesos for 30 minutes of drying and it was still soaking wet (pretty sure the woman turned the heat down to low when we left to get food as I have the impression they will do anything to save a few pesos at the expense of their customers). Complete scam do not use this laundry!! Disgusting to treat tourists who make your business turn like a cash cow and try to bleed them dry them like that. Edit: the other laundry we went to afterwards to get our clothes dry down the street uses hot water and had real dryers - so our clothes came out perfectly dry. We had way less than a machine of 6kg of washing in the dryer so that’s not an excuse. Your machines suck and are inefficient - that’s it. If you’re not using a vented dryer it will take hours to dry what a commercial dryer can do in 24 minutes. I hate this trend of calling things “eco” or “for the environment” when it’s just being cheap and charging an arm and a leg for a worse service.

Great place to self wash. The establishment and machines are very very clean which meets the pricing as it’s on the higher side but well worth it for my clothes. They use gain products not cheap brands. The lady was friendly on our two visits. Credit cards are accepted. My suggestions is get here early as I noticed lots of foreigners towards mid / late day. Definitely recommend.

Straight forward and easy to use. In total, $130 to wash and dry for 30 min each (including detergent). Clothes came out clean but I also didn’t have a large load of clothes. Cafes nearby to wait while wash/ dry cycle on. You do have to switch it yourself. There is a dry cleaner attached if you have any specific items to care for.

This laundromat saved my trip! I was staying in an Airbnb and the washer/dryer was taking over 4 hours and my clothes came out wet, smelly, and stained. I was so frustrated I was feeling like I ruined all of my clothes. In the morning this was one of the first places open nearby me, and when I got here the place was so clean and the woman working was more than helpful and we were able to wash/dry at a very fair price. She navigated speaking English perfectly when my Spanish faltered. They take cards, but you can tip in cash and coins. I am very appreciative of the help I got here today and i was in and out in less than 80 minutes.

You can't actually change the temperature of either the washing or the drying, which is one of the reasons I come to self service laundry spots to begin with. It doesn't matter what setting you choose on the machine. When both washing and drying, the lady came and changed the temperature up to the highest setting after I'd chosen the lowest. She then told me it doesn't matter what setting you choose, the machine runs at the same temperature. After I specifically paid for double drying time so I could dry it slowly at low heat. Worth keeping in mind if you've had clothes shrunk by lavanderias before and are trying to avoid that.

Very clean and the lady was super helpful. She cleaned the machines after every use and wiped everything down.👏🏼 They also have Wi-Fi available.

horrible place clothes didn't dry and lady (short older lady that's always in the morning ) wanted to charge me another 140 pesos to dry again all day everyone's clothes didn't dry so I wasn't the only one the lady also just stares ate you while you wash or dry your clothes
