UNIQLO Kalverstraat

It is a 3-floor building with wide range of product. It might be overwhelming to visit this store. Because I visited several time in different hours. And unfortunately, it was crowded all the time. But the staff are friendly and helpful even if they are busy with fixing aisles.

My favourite brand right in the centre of shopping street. It’s quite a big store. There are a lot of options for both men and women. The biggest attraction of Uniqlo is the reasonable prices and top quality.

I was trying to refund an item and came across the (store) manager Nic. I am still shocked about his impolite way of communication. He does not make any eye contact while taking. And he is just very rude and impolite in general. He first further damaged the already damaged piece. Then he told me a refund is not possible. Altogether a very bad customer experience. I won’t buy again from this store.

Amazing experience at UNIQLO — but what truly makes this place special is the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Service was fast, smooth, and handled with real care — you can tell they’re well trained and actually enjoy what they do. They made me feel welcomed, looked after, and the whole atmosphere was elevated because of them. If you want great service with a high-end, friendly vibe, UNIQLO Is absolutely the place. Highly recommended!

Decent store, a bit unfriendly staff but good selection, the cashmere beanies are great. The prices are higher in the NL compared to Uniqlo stores in other countries. The UT selection is slightly smaller (and they rarely have discounts) but other products are well stocked.

Ria was very helpful and supportive. She treated me with great kindness and professionalism, and her friendly attitude made the experience very pleasant. She is genuinely kind and reflects a very positive image of the shop through the way she deals with customers.

I love the clothing and brand but did not have a great time at the store. Staff was great helping me find trousers and guiding me to the fitting rooms. The store was being heated full blast on a sunny warmer day, making it uncomfortable. Also the fitting rooms are sized for the smaller japanese people because there is hardly any room to move and I'm not that big. Easy self checkout.

I love this store. So innovative and they have everything. Prices are good and service is consistent. The checkout bins are so fun. Just drop your stuff and it scans everything, and disables the security rfid. You need socks, they have it. All kinds of men’s clothes. Perfect stuff for the Netherlands weather.
