This shopping center is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The baby facilities and restrooms are excellent, and overall it’s a pleasant place to shop.
However, the lift situation is extremely disappointing.
There are multiple escalators available, yet many people who are perfectly able to use them still wait for the lift. Meanwhile, parents with prams, families with small children, and elderly visitors — who cannot use the escalators — are left waiting for a very long time.
What makes it worse is the lack of queue discipline. People frequently cut the line, rush into the lift, and completely ignore those who actually need priority. There are no visible signs asking people to prioritize elderly visitors, families with prams, or people who cannot take the stairs. Without clear guidance or staff managing the situation, it becomes chaotic and very frustrating.
The parking area is also not pram-friendly. The motorcycle barriers block access, making it difficult (and sometimes impossible) to pass through with a stroller. This is a serious accessibility issue.
Management should urgently:
• Install clear priority signage for lifts
• Enforce proper queuing during busy hours
• Improve pram accessibility in the parking area
It’s disappointing to see such a nice shopping center overlook basic accessibility and consideration. I hope this will be addressed soon, because it truly affects the experience for families and elderly visitors.
