​The service at Pidapipó Carlton was very good. The staff member who served us was incredibly welcoming and warm. I really appreciate her patience and excellent service throughout our order! ​Regarding the gelato, the Salted Caramel was fantastic. However, the Strawberry Creamy flavor was quite light and didn't quite meet my expectations for taste; I think this one could definitely be improved. ​Overall, a great visit thanks to the wonderful team.

I am not sure it is worth the hype and the wait. Yes the ice cream was good, but there are definitely other places in the area that serve ice cream without as long of a wait. The matcha, strawberry and coconut flavour I had was tasty and rather light, definitely one for matcha lovers like myself! Overall, tasty, a little over priced but a positive experience.

Visited on Sunday 10th around 7:30pm, excited to try the new collab dessert with Masses Bagels. We had one simple request, to have the gelato served separately so it wouldn’t melt all over the donut on our drive home. The staff member seemed baffled and said he could only do this in a 500ml tub and charge extra. We said that was fine and even offered to pay for smaller cups instead if that was easier. What we received was 1.5 scoops squashed into one cup (instead of a scoop in each), and the dessert was missing the olive oil drizzle shown in the promo. The interaction was abrupt and unfriendly. No acknowledgment, no explanation, just put the items on the counter and walked away. A real letdown from a local business we’ve supported in the past. The poor service completely ruined the treat we’d been looking forward to. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Good day everyone, We visited the gelato parlour a few days ago. There, I went with a beautiful woman. There was another very sweet barista, but the salted caramel was sweeter. She recommended me peanut butter and salted caramel, but forgot that she gave me salted caramel and asked me to choose teams. It was overall a lovely experience, I would go again after date night. Thank you

Loved the gelato. The white chocolate with lemon curd was absolutely one of my faves. The service was also outstanding. The Dutch girl that helped us greeted us with a big smile and provided excellent service. All and all a real pleasant experience!

The flavours are fantastic, but some of the staff members were quite unfriendly and grumpy. I travelled all the way from the outer suburbs just for the ice cream and the trip was worthwhile just for the flavours but not for the service. I hope the team can be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. P.S - this is just a feedback.
