King's Street Coffee

12/08/2025 Came in for an espresso after a failed visit to the DMV express down the block. Beautiful storefront, lots of lovely indoor plants. Smells AMAZING. Interesting pastries in display. Good shot, great light roast with a pucker factor that makes you sit and ponder wha you’re drinking. Shot was expensive, as all good coffee in this city seems to be. Cardamom bun was incredible. Exactly as good as it looks, not too sweet, heavily spiced and fragrant, slightly sticky with good chew. Coffee plus pastry and tip will set you back about 12-15. Decent seating, clean bathroom. Pretty empty at 13:00. Friendly staff. Will def be back.

Original Post - Nov. 2025: Hands down the best cardamon bun I've had in a long time. Their coffee is quality, and delicious. Their avocado toast is as close to perfect as human hands can get. The interior is very cozy and welcoming. Lots of seating. Quick service. Friendly staff. All around great. :) Updated - Feb. 2026: Still great, consistent, and delicious!

Forever on the hunt for a healthy cafe and King’s Street is my new favorite! Their iced oatmilk lattes and toasts are delicious, their sweet treats still fresh and warm. The matcha scone was good but honestly recommend their vegan banana flax bread (even if you aren’t vegan haha). Solid service and cozy atmosphere — will so be back!

King’s Street Coffee is my favorite spot for a Saturday flat white. (I normally come here after my breathwork yoga session) The coffee is always delicious—professional, consistent, and perfectly balanced. Their sandwiches are great too, and the home-baked treats are genuinely delightful. I also love the atmosphere. The space is filled with plants, a big sunny window, and plenty of comfortable tables. Whether you’re reading, journaling, getting a bit of work done, or simply soaking in the vibe, it’s the perfect place to unwind and have a cup of excellent coffee. ☕️

Ordered cardamom bun, lemon loaf and americano. Coffee was good. The cafe is decorated nicely, love the plants up front. Decent amount of tables and good enough to work remotely but no WiFi. Staff is friendly and provides quick service. Very busy place and seats are taken quickly - heads up.

Fairly large space for NYC standards, great vibes (love the plants and the tables) and above all excellent coffee. The crew seems to know several patrons which is not that common these days (especially in midtown)and a good sign 👍🏼

My favorite breakfast place! I love how cozy King's Street Coffee feels with their plants, neutral colors and soft music. I usually go for the avocado toast. Yes, it's a simple dish but they really elevate it here, don't just take my word for it, try it. I've also enjoyed their Ham& Egg croissant and the Fig & Brie. Their coffee is delicious and well presented too. I always take my friends and family when they come to visit because I know they'll love as much as I do.

Stumbled into King Street Coffee and so glad we did. The flat white was exactly what I needed—smooth, balanced, and pulled just right with a medium roast that was rich but never burnt, letting the coffee shine without overpowering the milk. We also got two iced matchas for the girls, and they were creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet—super well done. The best part, though? The service. Warm, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The energy and vibe here are just right—relaxed but buzzing in the best way. And the pastries? They bake them fresh every three hours, so you’re always catching something warm and just out of the oven. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
