"This renovated 19th-century bourgeois home in Porto is located 500 meters from the Casa da Musica Metro Station. Its spacious, concrete suites are furnished with designer items and period furniture. Including free Wi-Fi and ceilings with printed texts, all suites at Casa Do Conto come with a balcony and city views. A kitchenette, flat-screen TV and seating area are available in all units. Perfect location..centrally located and within a max 25min walk or very short drive to most major tourist sites but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed coming back to a nice and peaceful space after our busy days. The hotel itself is a small boutique hotel, sophisticated but cozy. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. I look forward to staying here once again on our next visit to Porto.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Conto in Porto. The building itself is a perfect mix of history and modern design, with every detail thoughtfully chosen. The atmosphere feels both elegant and welcoming, making it a very special place to stay. We lived on a top floor and had the best room with terrace. The staff were warm, attentive and allways ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with local touches that made it even more memorable. The location is also ideal – only a short walk from the heart of Porto. Casa do Conto is truly unique, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff. Few downside - room is motion sensor, as soon as you leave beyond 10 minutes - everything switches off. When asked, answer is simple - we do this for the eco system. Next, laundry service - wash and fold but all clothes were still wet. Next, no bottle and filter water - when asked, response is just drink directly from the tap. Management may need to pay attention how to make this more pleasant to travelers but overall this is not 4 star hotel . I’d say close to 3.

This is a cool hotel. Mix of modern and mid century motifs that come across as inviting and hip. The staff are excellent. They do a fantastic job. The breakfast is wonderful Honestly the staff is what really makes the difference. You will like it. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Casa do Conto for 3 nights in August 2025. We absolutely fell in love with the interiors, the furniture selection and materials. Then, as soon as we arrived, the staff was kind and helpful. We had a great stay, cannot wait to come back.

Fabulous small hotel. Beautiful decor, spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast. Amazing staff. The welcome. The dinner recommendations. Things to see. Arranging of taxis. Nothing was too much for them. The best customer service my mother and I have experienced ❤️

Absolutely fantastic experience here. Beautiful room. Nice staff and amazing breakfast with well prepared homemade items.. A bit out of the way from the tourist areas (20 min walk) but very much worth it at the reasonable rates they were charging.

We absolutely loved our 5 days in Porto staying at the Casa do Conto hotel. The staff are amazing and helped us with bookings and how to get to places in Porto. The breakfast was really good and the room was really smart, clean and spacious. We would highly recommend staying here.

This is a place you don't want to leave! The staff is amazing. Viana went above and beyond to make your stay very pleasant. She is cheerful, friendly and a problem solver. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. A lot of options including yogurt, fruit, meats, cheeses, bread, crepes and granola. This place has a beautiful garden area in the back of the breakfast area. We felt very safe and it was convenient to public transport. We will be back!!

This is a great hotel somewhat off the beaten path in Porto. Don't let that deter you though. It's about a 10 min walk to the downtown area. It's uniquely designed and the staff members were more than accommodating. They helped us with directions, gave us a tour of our room and also helped us with transportation. While staying here, my travel partner got sick, and the staff retrieved various items for her even though everything was closed (tea, ice, etc.). We had to leave super early in the AM and they still made us breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if I was visiting Porto.
