The best curry I had in years. Tried the spinach chicken and tomato chicken with egg, both delicious. The service was excellent and the lady who served us went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable (even offered to give us umbrella since it rained)

Tasty homemade curry, portions are on the smaller side and the place is quite small, but the table service is very good.

This was SO delicious. I ordered the tomato chicken curry and it was such a treat. The chicken has a nice smoke to it and the curry had the perfect amount of spice. The owners are so lovely as well. Definitely worth the positive reviews and rating.

On a chilly Saturday afternoon, my wife surprised me with a visit to Yogoro. While the line was ridiculous—a two and a half hour wait—the curry was delicious. Now, while most reviewers seem to like the spinach curry, I preferred the tomato; it really had a nice spice level, though let’s be honest, both are good. As an added bonus, it is a great neighborhood and after you fill your belly with curry goodness, go for a walk!!

Delicious! We both got the chicken spinach curry with the egg as topping. The flavours are intense and pleasant, the curry is creamy, the chicken is tender and you won’t be disappointed. I am so curious about the tomato version as well as the pork version and the keema curry. I heard they only serve 5 a day of the pork one! Luckily we went at opening time on a weekday, so we didn’t have to wait. When we saw the flames in the kitchen, we knew we were going to enjoy some seriously wholesome curry 🔥 The place is cozy and I loved to see that the majority of people (at least when we went) were salary women getting their dose of curry after work. Beautiful 👌 Will surely be back to try their other curries!

No line on Tuesday evening at opening. Super delicious chicken with spinach curry. Along with cheese this comes out almost like amazing creamed spinach. The chicken is cooked marvelously and has charred edges like it was barbecued. Egg is also perfectly soft boiled. Yellow rice was also good. Not what I would call Japanese Curry but a very delicious meal in its own right

This is such a hidden gem. It’s a place that if you know, you know. I’ve always gotten the spinach curry with braise chicken thighs, but decided to go with the tomato base this time. Equally a good choice if you like spicy. I’ve heard that if you’re lucky to order the pork version, that is a must have as well. Portions are very filling and it has that home vibe like your mom made it with love. Make sure you line up around 10:30am/11am so that you beat the rush as that pre take your order. It’s a small restaurant, so it’s great for a lunch date or small groups.
